Grid builder and ACF Images
I’m trying to add an image field that I’ve created in ACF (it is set as Image object) but I end up with a blank field that looks like below:

To debug:
I’ve also added a ACF text field which appears with no issue and if I set the ACF image field to Image Url the url appears fine.
I’ve tried with numerous themes to exclude the theme as the cause.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Hello, right now we do not allow including ACF images into grid, but this is something we will work on in the nearest future.

Hello, you should add extra class name and then refer to it in Custom CSS, or you can use custom color and control alpha within color settings.

Hello, please check if it is available for your role under Role Manager of Visual Composer Settings. It could be also so that your theme author disabled it for some reason – in such case I would recommend contacting theme author.

Visual composer Post grid with cache bug.
Just to let everyone know that if you use use a cache plugin with visual composer your post grids will fail after a day or so. The only way to avoid is clear your cache every day.But of course this is not a solution. Visual composer developers have said they will look at the issue but a fix will probably only appear in the next update (march I think) Anyway Emre from WP Fastest cache kindly looked into the matter and has updated his cache plugin to fix the problem. details here http://www.wpfastestcache.com/features/visual-composer-post-grid-problem/ So if you need to use a cache plugin for now only WP Fastest cache will work with visual composer post gridsHello, we did not received such problem – maybe this is related to specific cache plugin – please open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com so we can look into this.

HI, i did open a support ticket. Check it out yourself. Its not the cache plugins as i’ve tried 3 and the same problems happen on all of them. Your support said they will fix this in march probably.
I’ve read your support and post here, but there is NO column gap function to be found anywhere in VC on my site and I’m running the latest version. What’s going on?
Oh, and I tried to post to your support, used the envato auto login pop up, yet when I try to read any responses to my ticket, it says my email is unrecognised… Brilliant system. I can post a question, but cant read any answers.
And set all columns in a row to same height isn’t anywhere to be found either.

Hi, I bought this item here one week ago but I still can´t get a license, with still the same information “If you have just purchased your direct Visual Composer license please hold on bit – it seems Envato API haven’t provided record on your purchase yet. Please try again in a while.” And I can´t get a support because didn´t have a license. Hey guys, you are wasting my time with this shit!!

hello sir, i am facing a problem where i need to insert row into a column (of the main row) then insert 1 more row into the column of the nested row (so total 3 nested rows). how can i do this. thanks.
Hello, right now due to WP limits in shortcodes it is allowed only insert one row into another row/column – means you can create up to 2 levels there.

My visual composer was included with my theme I purchased. I purchased the Newstube theme from Cactus Themes on this site. My plugins informed me that an update is available for visual composer. Do I need to pay for the upgrade considering it came with my theme purchase?
Hello, if received within a theme you can ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you or consider purchasing direct license for VC to unlock direct update option.

I know you used contact form 7 but I really hope that one day VC will provide their own contact form so that I don’t have to keep switching from the editor to the contact form and back.

How do I switch my product license url – we went from a dev url to the client’s url, and now I can’t update VC because the license is stuck under the dev url? Tried deactivating under http://support.wpbakery.com/licenses but “License can’t be deactivated while still in use.” Please help. Thanks.
Hello, one license can be activated on one domain so you need to deactivate license on dev and then activate on live.

Hi, two major problems I need your help with please. For problem number 1 your plugin seems to persistently enforce the capabilities related to vc access rules for all users… I have a custom user group which can use VC backend on posts… but I do not want them to have access to the visual composer side menu (the access rules I assume) in dashboard. For problem number 2, when front end editor is disabled for a user group… the button still shows up in edit post regardless of permission settings.
oh sorry looks like I may have misinterpreted the “access rules” permissions… I assumed that’s what was forcing the side menu item in dashboard for Visual Composer. So problem number 1 is actually just how to get ride of the side menu in dashboard for Visual Composer without the need for an additional plugin to “hide” it.. instead of hiding it… I’d rather it have a permission based setting for it.
Hi. I can not see the background image with width 100% on parallax. It is very cut, left and right. Not responsive. But the biggest problem is that the displays background image with very Zoom-in. Viewing background image with much zoom-in and grainy. it’s normal? is a bug? Thank you
Hello, image for parallax background is stretched so it is possible to create parallax effect. Make sure that your image has necessary size for it – background images are usually bigger.

There is something wrong. The images are 2560×1600. The zoom-in is too. Exaggerated. Grainy picture… it is not responsive. Maybe I have to open a ticket.
I love VC! But do you have any plans to make the front end page editor as versatile as the squarespace.com editor? I’m referring specifically to the SS feature that allows site builders to adjust column width by dragging column edges. In this regard I haven’t found a better technology than SS. i have moved site to new server but none of the Visual Composer Links have changed. to new site 
and have tried many search and replace plugins.
Hello, did you sticked to relative URL? Also try to migrate site by using migration plugin that handles URLs.
