Hi, it’s possible to have two product A and B, if a acquire 10 product A have max one product B for free. If i buy 20 product A have max two product B for free.

Thanks, Jacopo

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

If I understand it correctly you wanted the following setup.

Buy 10 of Product A and get one from Product B for free, and repeat the rule. SO if customer buys 20 of product A, then he will get two from product B. Is that right?

If that is what you wanted, then that is possible with our plugin.

Yes, what type of rule i need to make for have this effect? Thanks

Hi. Please use this screenshot to create the rule.

Hello, does this plugin work with the latest version of WordPress (4.4.1) and WooCommerce (2.5.1)?

Hi there,

The plugin will work fine with WordPress 4.4.1. However, it has not be updated with support for WooCommerce 2.5.x and hence, i would request you to not update WooCommerce till that time. We will release the compatible version of the plugin very soon.

You can do discounts to the shipping costs ? Example : 1 = product shipping cost € 10

2 = products Shipping cost € 8

Thank’s

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

I am afraid that is not possible with our plugin. However, you might want to have a look into our new plugin that can create rules based on shipping.

Thanks

I have a client who is selling bulk custom chargers (min. 50 qty) with up to 4-color images on up to 2 sides.

The tiered pricing is such that, from 50-99 units, it’s 10.68 per, from 100-499 it’s 9.69, etc. There is a setup charge of $29 for each color, per side, with an additional charge of $0.29 per unit per color per side. Additionally, he’s offering laser engraving for $29 setup fee, and $0.29 per unit. The problem I’m running into is how to account for both the flat per-color fees and the per-unit fees. Will this plugin handle this? I don’t want to tell my client to shell out $26 for it just to find out it won’t work for this case. Thanks in advance! Also, do you have a money-back guarantee?

Hi there,

The scenario you are after is partly possible with our plugin. It will only help you setup tiered discounts and will not add any custom charges to an order. If you decide to go through with the plugin and in a rare case that it does not work as expected, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

I would like to know if this will allow me to have different price per variation per quantity?

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

I am afraid this is not possible with our plugin. You can’t target a variation in a discount rule, one discount rule will be applied to all variations of a product.

Hello,

I have a presales question. I need to setup a couple different coupon codes that give a different discount for different products. For example, if I wanted to setup a coupon code named “Sales_2016” and wanted to give a discount of 10% to product A, 15% on product B and 5% on product C, all with the same coupon code, would this plugin have the capability? Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

No, this is not possible with our plugin. Our plugin will apply discounts based on the discount rules created and does not support coupons at all.

I am looking to do the following:

Buy a Facial Scrub Pad and get any Organic Cosmetics Category Items at 50% Off.

If I can do that, I will buy 3 copies.

Hi there,

Yes, this is possible with our plugin. Feel free to get in touch should you need assistance in setting it up.

Having major issues with this plugin. Why do the prices not update? The prices also break when the regular price is modified. Please see this video of the issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFZvlhk0Ow0

The last row of the pricing table always shows the regular price along with the last tier for example 100+, for according to this plugin 100+ always has to cost higher than the other tiers, which does not make sense from a customer perspective. Customers expect 100+ to cost less than all other tiers, not higher. The basic concept being that the more you order, the more discount your receive. Unless I am missing some hidden option for changing this, this plugin does not seem to offer this. http://www.digitalcreate.website/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Screen-Shot-2016-01-24-at-17.06.02.png

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Regarding your rule, if you want to have a fixed price for items purchase 2 above. Then place asterisk ( * ) in the max quantity field instead of 50.

Try also deactivating other plugins and theme temporarily to check if the fixed price works. Fixed price should work fine using quantity discount.

Let us know with your progress on this one.

Thanks

Has anyone tested with latest WooCommerce v2.5.0 ?

Rune

Did some tests now and for me it seems to work.. But the script and css files that is enqueued everywhere i can not see that it does anything, even in your demo there is nothing. I have dequeued it and my settings still seems to work ok.

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Our plugin should work fine with the latest version of WooCommerce.

Thanks

It’s not working on my site. Nothing happens on the front end. Opened a ticked and still waiting to get replied.

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

May we know the issue you are experiencing using our plugin? I can’t find the ticket you sent in our system. Anyway, can you resend a support ticket by submitting a ticket here ?

is this plugin compatible to work with Prices by User Role? http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-prices-by-user-role/8562616?s_phrase=dynamic%20pricing&s_rank=5

So we have a set up of Roles that has discount according to their role and I would like to apply a quantity discount in addition to the % that they already get as that role.

i.e

I have User 1 as Reseller with a 20% discount when they are logged in to our website and buy stuff.

Let say User 1 wanted to buy Product “A” (2 QTY) I would like to adjust the price using your plug in to a specific amount but on top it will still apply the discount set by the other plug in.

If it is not compatible to work is this even possible in using your plugin?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

We haven’t tested this plugin from our end. However, you are free to give it a try. If that doesn’t work, we are happy to provide you a refund.

Thanks

Hello, i cant find a way how to update prices to discounted on product detail page. The rule applies just fine and prices are updated on cart page, but not on the product detail page. I use function get_sale_price() and get_regular_price() for displaying prices. Is there a way how to apply discounts on these prices? replace_visible_prices() function does not do the trick here, it just shows original price. Thank you very much for your response

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

The discount will be shown in the cart and checkout page only. The plugin calculates discount based on the quantity added to cart so it is not possible to show the final price before an item is added to the cart.

Although, you can display Pricing Discount table on the product detail page which shows the discounted prices for the users.

How do I do the Buy 5 Get 1 Free rule? I don’t understand the documentation.

Hi there,

Please use this screenshot to create the rule.

how do i apply this to my product? I do not see anything related to this plug in. I went to woocomerce > pricing & discounts menu and set up the rule and when I come to add product, I do not see anything to apply this rule. How do i do it?

Hi there,

The rule will be applied automatically – there is no further action is needed. Can you please share a screenshot of the rule you have created?

Id like to ask if its possible to have the pricing table (the one compatible with TM Extra Product Options) that can be set to display on each product page to have “Rich Snippets” code that shows the lowest and highest Aggregate offer . . . With Google using more and more Rich Snippet code in their listings it would make sense to put this info into the plugin . . . After all Googles trying to have people spend more time on their pages . . . no doubt they will be ranking higher sites that give them more . . . https://schema.org/AggregateOffer

What I would like is to be able to give google via “Rich Snippet” code the largest and smallest discount price from that products rules, either directly from that table (I dont know whether the table is generated from Extra Product options code or Dynamic Discounts code or both) or if not from that table hidden code (possible with rich snippets) for the Aggregate offers . . . with Google placing more emphasis on keeping people on Google (as it makes financial sense to them) . . . I can see it using rich snippets as a primary ranking tool in the future . . . so giving Google what it wants would make sense for the moment

Apologies Jondnk1208 I thought you were refering to me . . . . because nobody else has

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

Rich Snippet is not yet supported in our plugin. This might be something we will consider to add in the future.

Thanks

Hi. Just purchased the plug in and when i uploaded the plug in an error came up

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

kindly help

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

You must be uploading the downloaded .ZIP file using WordPress dashboard. Instead, you have to extract the downloaded .ZIP file and find another zipped file named ‘wc-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts’ under Plugin folder. Upload that file again and it should work as expected.

Thanks

Hi I have a presale question. I was wondering if your plugin can handle the below scenario for staggered discounts. It seems like it can but I would like to make sure before I purchase. Basically, I’d like it so that my customers can get a different discount amount per each order but also the user must select delivery for the shipping option. Does your plugin come with the option to use discount codes? This scenario seems like it makes the most sense to have a discount code to keep track of recurring orders from the same customer. However, if you have a better solution on how I can handle this with your plugin that would be great.

User must order before 10am to receive the below discounts.

Staggered discounts 1st use – 50% off order and free delivery 2nd use – 25% off order and free delivery continued use – 10% off order and free delivery

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

I am afraid using discount coupons are not supported as of the moment. This is something that we have been working on. Hopefully, we will be able to release this in our next major update.

Thanks

The coupon code in the cart displaying ’Coupon:’ always before the added title. How can I remove the “Coupon:” word before the title we added from settings?

Hi. The label ’Coupon:’ is added by WooCommerce in the cart/checkout page. You will have to edit this from WooCommerce’s code or add a custom function to hide it completely.

Is anyone else having problems with “Quantity” and “Price” labels? They are simply not appearing in discount table. Not particularly impressed by support either:

Quote RightPress_Support_2 (this was over 3 months ago):

“We are working on a major update of the plugin and hoping to release it very soon. It has a lot of new features along with few bug fixes and enhancements.”

Quote Yuvraj V. from Rightpress support (this was close to 4 months ago):

“Thank you for your patience. Our lead developer tested this and has confirmed this to be a bug in the latest version. This will be fixed completely in the next plugin update which is due for release in the coming weeks.”

What – in the coming 52 weeks of 2016? It’s weird that something like this should take so long. You don’t talk to the original developer anymore?

Version 2.0 of the plugin is almost ready just needs some more testing and tweaking. It is a big release with lots of things that were changed therefore we feel responsibility to test this properly. Version 2.0 will be released in the first half of February.

Thank you very much for your reply, really looking forward to ver. 2!

You’re welcome. Should you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us anytime.

Thanks

Just purchased and installed. It doesn’t work. Have went through the setup guide and created first product discount. Is there something I am missing?

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch!

May I know which setup do you want? Can you provide us a screenshot of the rule you created?

Also, the discount will be shown in the cart and checkout page only. The plugin calculates discount based on the quantity added to cart so it is not possible to show the final price before an item is added to the cart.

Although, you can display Pricing Discount table on the product detail page which shows the discounted prices for the users.

It is working now. Basically I had the quantities inserted wrong, for example 1 – 10, 10 – 20, 20 – 30

A newbie mistake, :-)

Great plugin, why can’t woocommerce just do this out of the box.

It’s nice to hear that you’ve managed to solved the issue. Anyway, let us know if you have any other concerns.

Thanks
