Hi, I purchased the item as a standalone plugin, and have tried to login to your support using yout Envato login, but it’s not picking up my purchase, so hopefully we can fix that first and foremost
Anyway, my actual question is – it mentions VC is available in 10+ languages etc…
(We are using WPML)
How would we set the VC language per-admin user. So a french speaking admin will see VC controls in french, if we set that user as “french” in the first place?

Hello, for languages – once you change language in WP it will be changed in VC as well if this language is available in VC. As for WPML – WPML is fully compatible with VC and within day or two we will release update which will have even better integration between both.

I purchased theme “X” which VC is part of. In the Post Masonry Grad I would like to have only the title and the date of the post. I don’t see how to add the date or how to remove the excerpt. How would I do this?

Thank you, I did not know where to find the Grid Builder. It looks fine on the desktop but on an smartphone instead of putting each post below one another the border box is half the screen with the text going over the border. See at http://visidash.com/news-2/

Thank you, I did do it in Grid Builder but gave up on the two columns because it was taking too long. The instructions do not go into enough depth…and it did not work responsively with 2 columns.

Hello there. I am using Pageable Container to cycle through some “first-time user” steps for an application. Every so often it glitches out and shows nothing on one of the sections. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem, my client is not happy with the result, but this function looks the cleanest and best for displaying the information.

Is it possible not using an ”?id=4699” after the image url? For example row backgrounds. It happens that I use the same image twice on the same page. Google PageSpeed mentions “Serve resources from a consistent URL”. It’s the same file but another request and threats them as another url.

Hello, right now there is no option to disable initial animation out of the box so you will need to look into customization via our API – described at kb.wpbakery.com, but this will require coding skills.

Why don’t you have author as an option for inside the grid builder? It seems like such an arbitrary thing to not having considering you’ve got elements for everything else such as featured image, date, title and excerpt.

Hello, VC is really fantastic… I got VC through the ronneby-theme. When I installed Polylang The visual composer-portfolio doesn’t show up anymore. The other vc like “texte” or “image seule” show up, but no portfolio item. Is there a configuration that I missed? I asked as well on the polylang support but there is no answer. Visual Composer is awesome and i will recommend all the non technical users because this allow you to create page just using drag and drop but this increase javascript coding in backend. I used plugin in http://www.dianaboluk.co.uk but removed because this increases the code lines in backend.

Hello, I use the Easy Fancybox plugin as I can set it to use a modal window site-wide automatically for any image that is linked to an enlargement. When I insert an image in a VC text box, I can add a Title or Alt attribute and that will display in the modal window. However when I add an image in a Single Image element, there is no way to add either. EF is set to use the alt Tag as a Title in the modal window, and although the thumbnail does have an Alt tag, EF is not picking it up. I will contact Easy Fancybox also, but am hoping you could give me some advice. Thank you!
Hello, you should contact VC addon author directly as this is not default element of VC or if you got it all within a theme – you should contact your theme author.

It doesn’t seem to be a VC addon element. This is Single Image (Single Image with CSS animation). It is listed as one of your 40+ Built In Content Blocks. It did come with a theme, but I just purchased a copy from Code Canyon.
How can I disable your Visual Composer customization?

I already do this: and I recieved: “The issue is because there is an inbuilt version of Visual Composer (or the related code) present in your theme which is overriding the standalone plugin version and hence causing the issue. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.” I sent “I sent some emails and comments to author – NO ASWERS. So sad.” And reciew NEW for your support :”In that case your only option will be to remove the conflicting code from the theme. Do note that this might cause some other issues and hence we had recommended doing this with the help of theme author, as we are not aware of the theme code. In: /public_html/wp-content/themes/bakery/includes/vc-addons/vc-functions.php remove the function: vc_parse_multi_attribute()” SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW???? How to FIND AUTHOR OF BAKERY THEME AND ASK Is it safely to remove function “vc_parse_multi_attribute()”?
