I am confused about the pricing and the add ons. Please tell me if i understand correctly. The price for the main plugin is: $29. But with this main plug in i will not be able to display my events in 1.daily view 2. full calendar 3. weekly display 4. with maps 5. weekly view or 6. have search capabilities. and so I would have to purchase: 1.events map: $23.50, Full Cal $29.50, Daily view $29.50, Weekly View $29.50and Event Search $12.50 for a total spent on your plug in of: $153.50? Do you offer a bundled package?
yes you got that correct. $29 is for the basic main calendar sold in here. And the addons adds extra features to it. Send me a message via profile page in here I may be able to help you with bundling.

there is a conflict with the popular Salient theme (available on Themeforest), because both the theme and EventOn define a function with the same name (“my_restrict_manage_posts()”; but different content):
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare my_restrict_manage_posts() (previously declared in .../wp-content/plugins/eventON/includes/admin/post_types/ajde_events.php:96) in .../wp-content/themes/salient/functions.php on line 1829
I temporarily fixed that by renaming the function and all their references for the EventOn plugin, but it would be great if there is a permanent fix from your end coming.

oh snap… what are the odds. I will get this fixed in the next version update to eventon. but yea you can change that name to “evo_restrict_manage_posts” on both places line 94 and 95 and should be ok

We have a problem to set 3 full calendars with different events by event type.
Now the 3 different fullcall’s are showing all the dates of all event types and are colorized, but only by clicking on the right event type of that fullcall it will show the event.
What i want is 3 diffent fullcall’s with only showing the colorized dates with only the events of that event type.
When i set [add_eventon_fc event_type=”12” ] it show all the dates of all the events colorized. but i only want a colorized date if the event is of that event type.

you can use the sync addon to fetch events into eventon from google calendar but the calendar events have to be publically visible and shared for it to fetch.

Sorry i just realised that reoccurring events has been added to the front end in the latest version. However there doesnt seem to be a way of choosing how it reoccurres (eg daily, weekly, on every Tuesday and Thursday etc). Is there a way for it to do this. It would also be great to have the ability to set how many times it reoccurs instead of having to state the date that it finishes

in your shortcode make sure there are no
tags around it and your shortcode is properly entered with proper quotation marks as well

Very nice plugin. I have both eventon and syncevents. Is there a way to display a calendar with only the events of an organisation (using its facebook id for exemple) ?

Hi, Your plugin looks great, i have a couple of questions that my client needs to know before we commit to buying this plugin: When an event has finished ie gone past it’s date, does that event then gets removed automatically? Also, if we have say, 4 repeated events in one month, will all 4 events be listed individually in one calendar month? or will it just be one event but with repeated dates specified? hoping its the first one! And finally, each event show a date in this format ‘3 DEC’ but would it be possible for me to customise a little and change that to say, ‘3rd December 2015’? Many thanks in advance
you can set events to be moved to trash after past date. yes all 4 will show in month if they are happening in one month.
yes you can customize the format for date ON EVENT CARD via wordpress settings date format.

absolutely, go to wordpress settings > general and change the start of week in there and that will be reflected on eventon

ooo i see – to me it seems pointless to just choose the week of the day instead of the whole date. You can go to wordpress settings > general and change the date format which will reflect in there.

yes this is what we call multi-day events and the event will show for 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 th

Hello, I’m setting my my Events page with my listings and want to include a standard sidebar on the right but the sidebar isn’t appearing. Is there a way to get the sidebar to appear or does that option come with another add-on? Thanks
yea ok so eventon shortcode you can add to any page and shoe event lists so the side bar is something you have to control with your theme. Using your theme options add a sidebar and then you can add eventon widget to that sidebar
There’s no option in Theme Options to add a new SideBar which I want to use for the purpose to place on the Events page with other Eventon info. I even tested it out and tried showing the other sidebars that come with the theme but it still doesn’t show. Are you able to go in and take a quick look to see if I’m missing anything please, if you have an email I can send you the login details?

Hi, im producing a site for a night club and we are testing the plugin to manage calendars and guest lists (to decide to purchase it). Im working with owner showing him the advantages of using it, but we are having some trouble with dates that are not displaying neither the event calendar (tile way) nor the event listing. Why can this be happening? Other questions: We need to add a guest list button by default: how can i do it? Do u have an add on for managing guest lists and databases? Thanks in advance, santiago
