Just wanted to know if you have a solution about this problem:

Having an issue with the Media Grid and Masonry Media Grid. When trying to add images from the media library, it allows for one image to selected and added, but when selecting more than one image to add, nothing gets added and the selection is lost. Adding one image at a time overrides the previous image.

When checking the console log I was able to see this error:

Hi, I have your plugin as part of The7 theme. I noticed other comments with same problem as mine.

I’ve created a Custom Post Type using CPT UI, but I’m not getting the option to choose it as a Data Source in Post Grid Masonry element.

Post in the the CPT are put in to a category, and if choosing that category as data source instead, then posts also still do not display.

Hi, I’ve created a custom grid and am displaying the custom field element, so far so good. The custom field is a date though, and instead of a formatted date output eg 14 Jan 2017 I get 1457913600 – is there some way to change this? Thanks!

Hi, strange question probably: Do you know if there’s any addon available that integrates sort of “slide out layer”? Let’s say I have a button: When I click it, I’d like a content layer to slide into the screen from left or right. Do you know of any way to achieve this?

Hello! I have 3 quick questions after purchasing:

1. Watching your tutorials, it shows the ability to make a row “full height” by clicking a checkbox. The VC plugin that acme with my Themeforest wordpress theme is v4.6. It shows that full height option being included in that version. It was not, so I downloaded your latest version… and it still is not there. How can I make my rows full height?

2. It also does not have the option to include a YouTube video in the rows.

3. When I use the front end editor, it doesn’t have buttons to edit, it only shows my webpage layout.

I have tried deactivating all plugins, but that does not fix this issue. Please let me know what I can do to accomplish these tasks, as I have a very important presentation in the next few days. =) Thanks!

i’ve build a custom slider with the “attach_images” Parameter Type. How can i display these Image Items in the Backend / Admin. With the “attach_image” Parameter it is possible to show this image via “holder” => “img”.

Hi, css_editor param always converts to px unit when others used. Please fix this ASAP! I’ve asked for this long time ago and the bug is still there. Have to fix it manually with each update…

I have created custom post type for pages and wondering Why I can not show it as GRIDS using visual composer… in the options, I can see only Pages, and Posts.. no custom posts . is ther any options or was to show custom posts? i created team portfolio as custom post type ( pages) and there after installed vc.. but i cant see the custom in the options only pages and posts visible

If you have a row with 4 columns and in each row you have a single image. After you view page there is a gap between each image with 25 padding left and right by default. How do you get the images to sit flush up against each other?

Visual composer works fine on my development laptop…but after uploading to hosting environment, I cannot edit the any page. It will not show the layouts that I created, instead shows as there’s nothing on the page. However on the actual website, the elements show. I can see but cannot edit.

VC came with theme.

Paragraphs being stripped. Yes it’s the recent version. What’s the status on this? There’s gotta be something we can add to the functions. I tried this and no go.

where do i find my api key after i purchase

I’ve tried dealing through Envato help after trying to get help from you. but I haven’t gotten a response. :cry: I cannot no matter what I do in the documentation get VC to be authorized/registered/activated on my website. After purchase a developer installed it….without following the directions apparently but I should be able to get a new purchase code and authenticate it normally according to Envato…I can’t find that item. I have three tickets with their support team, and all responses have been unhelpful.

Can i get a refund and repurchase it? I’ve deactivated it, deleted, re-installed a latest version, activated it, but there is just no way to get it register. And I don’t know if that’s what makes it non-functional or not.

I love the product and want to use it and will buy it again, but the purchase code and registration will not work no matter how many times in lord only knows how many weeks of getting it to work. the tutorials about this are not helpful and just demonstrate what I’ve already done, I’ve done everything possible, sometimes multiple times daily. I’ve left comments here before but gotten no response from you. What do I do? I am on the threshold of going insane. I can’t wait any longer, i need this plus the add-on i just bought yesterday to work. register.

Can you help me this time? I don’t want to do a charge-back just to purchase it again. I just want someone to do something immediately or that’s the only recourse I have as your item support is non-existent and your documentation is is mainly for setting it up.

Hello, if i add a border to a box, the designsettings will not get saved. - > 2px radius, color grey, solid… it does not show up, and after revisit it does not show the changes. Only the border radius setting is the same, but the color is standard. paddings also does not work.

There is a bug with dropdown param where it ignores if first option of select is being selected. For example if values are set like this http://prntscr.com/9893e3 and you select yes it will be ignored
