It’s overwhelming how people find it difficult to even upgrade a purchased software due to the way Envato and others control the authors. It may be wise for already well established authors like VC to move out and have their own sales operations to avoid all this. People will come to them even without Envato… I have nothing against Envato or anyone else for that matter but I believe that plugins and theme authors as well as buyers should have freedom to do things.

Hi just wondering if you can help. I have have been contacted by a client who purchased their own theme and they have forwarded me an email about a security threat in Visual Composer, and have requested i upgrade their website. But now reading the email i see that the patched update was only available for download for 3 weeks ending the 1st of November. Looks like that window has passed. I have also downloaded the theme (Qode Bridge) again but looks like they haven’t updated it in their theme either. As its only a few days past the 1st Nov is it possible you supply a copy of VC 4.7.4 for me to patch their site. Thanks for your help.

The plugin fails when using Gravity Forms. I have tried to submit a ticket on your support system unsuccessfully several times as your system states; ” I have no valid license” which is completely inaccurate as I purchased and paid for my license here on Code Canyon and my existing install is activated. Gravity forms works perfectly on pages not modified using VC, but if I add the short code to a VC page the form hangs and subsequently fails.
