hey i am having a prbolem with the plugin, when i install and activate it i got a message that the is a error with the header, then, when i tryd again to activate it i got this messaage all over the site. this add-on does not work with Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. When i do active UAVC, amy slider doesn’t work. What should i do?

Hi suremer, most likely the issue is caused by something else. AMY Slider preview uses several UA elements and working just fine. I have recently tested Twenty Fifteen theme + latest AMY Slider and UA and everything work just fine. Please open support ticket at http://cray.bg with url user and pass to your WP and i’ll take a look

Hi suremer, yes i’m here but in your case it’s not really support but rather incompatibility issue. You are using modified VC with 3d party plugin and AMY slider. As i said AMY work fine by it self with AU and BeTheme modified VC (i don’t have BeTheme to be 100% sure) but it looks like not in your combo case Be + AU + AMY. I’ll look into this when i got some additional time.

The slider should work without any problems with 2.3 2.4 I’ve just tested it with latest Woo and work just fine

Can you please try this. In your amy slider element settings in one of the last options Responsive under can you please add “1” instead of “768”. Let me know if this helps

Hi epicyoung, please check your ticket. It’s really depend how you embed you images if you use post for content. You most likely have exact width and height dimensions which prevents responsive behaviour of your images

FYI, first install got the error: “The plugin does not have a valid header.”, added a space in the main plugin file on the first line and activated just fine.
