Never worked for me either, and to boot no refund. I have almost a dozen plugins like this that I've paid for but can't even use, and another dozen that were just removed from my downloads without notice and again without any refund.
In some circles this is known as fraud and/or theft.
The plugin is not working, nothing works, also no update to fix it! no support response!
BROKE MY SITE! I made this purchase awhile back. It broke my site. I tried it on an old version of wordpress and still it didn't work.
Lots of bugs, no support!
There is no option to manage the plugin and the support it is just useless.

Bugs and no answer on support questions
Clever theme. Clean markup.
Author is slow to offer support, and refuses to answer questions unless you pay for more support, even when you are only asking basic questions. Confusing customization and documentation is not helpful. Won't purchase products from this author again.
