Yes, can be integrated with BuddYPress, but to allow automatically levels for new users you need to use the UMP register form. Only the Integrated Payments Gateways can be used on UMP; MercadoPago is not available.

Any user that proceed the register form can be saved into a MailChimp list as subscription purpose. Yes, you can Export the users from UMP Dashboard.Into the Register Form, you can use the reCaptcha as security step but a secret question option is not available.

Does the Bank Transfer payment Gateway accept all bank transfers in any country? Can you do a bank transfer from a Canadian bank?

The Bank Transfer is just an offline payment. The system is not connected with any bank system to sync the payments (I don’t think is any platform able to do that on those days). So, a payment details message is showing up once the Bank Transfer is used and the user will proceed the payment out of the system.Thanks,

Pre-sale question. Can I configure “allowed downloads” per membership? For example, I merchandise a HTML Template under a 6 month subscription. While this subscription is active, the user will be able to download the product and the updates, however when his subscription ends, he will be redirected to a “renew to download” form.

Into any system, is fully recommended to avoid providing a full path to your product file. Just take as example the Envato market, you will not be able to see the path for an Item, no matter what. Is just a safety action with or without any Membership system.

Expiration time is related to Level for each user. So, you need to have assigned the Level for each user first and is not any script that may accomplish that as a bulk action.

UMP is full synced with WP Users. It doesn’t provides an import option but because is synced any script that manages the wp users can be used for importing (including the WP Import option).

(For a customer) I use the plugin to offer paid newsletter (course) subscriptions. The connection to getresponse was no problem, but when somebody interrupts the payment process (via paypal) he is in the list anyway (when he hasn’t paid anything). Of course we only want paid users in this specific email-list. What can I do to solve that?

The Register proccess and Payment process are working separately, as standalone processes. The subscription is linked to the register process where the user can pass trough only once. The payments can be on different way and multiple times. So you can not link between the payment and subscription via getresponse.

I am having major problems with this plugin. Nothing is working as demonstrated in the demo here. Registration page is all messed up, doesn’t show in my showcases, can’t see the registration form when I preview the page, says i can’t view it while logged in. I’ve spent HOURS trying to set this up and I am no closer than I was at the start.

All the other customers already use the plugin very well. So, be sure that you do all the settings properly. As it says, the register form is not showing once you’re logged, so you need to logout to replicate a new user behavior.

You need to change that. I shouldn’t have to log out to see the register form. Even so, I tried this on a device where I wasn’t logged in and the registration form never showed up. I am still unable to preview the registration form in the showcases box.
Further more what settings am I missing? Your instructions are unclear and full of spelling and grammatical errors. I need to understand how to set this up to have somebody pay using stripe, then have them redirected to the registration form.

The System can not release automatically content. It may be offer access on certain content based on date. That can be done write now using Levels with Certain Date Activation. But if you need something like Drip Content, this module is not yet available.

Hi, I have a pre-sales question. I am building a site for someone that runs a childcare centre. They want to have a profile page for each child that has their learning journey with gallery/pictures and text. We would need to be able to only allow that parent to access their profile page that has the info on it. We would need to be able to create the child’s profile and send the parent the login details. Yes, once the user registered, his subscription is saved to Constant Contact list. But the subscriptions are not fully synced with users expire time. So, is just one way connection.Yes, there is a grace period that can be set based on your needs.

Question for the author, is there a way to have the customer pay first before registering? Instead it’s register then stripe popup to pay?

The Level is set and remains on Hold status until the Payment is confirmed. The Payment process needs to know who’s doing the Payment for a connection on further confirmation.

I sent the same message in support 2 days ago but nobody answer:
When a subscription is made is not set the ‘expire date’ as i set it up (1 month). The expire date is always 0000-00-00 00:00:00.
That happen only on paid subscriptions. On Free lifetime plan its all good.
I use paypal, all users they autoapproved and the payments are confirmed.

Great plugin. Quick question. What happens when a user fills out the registration form and is redirected to Paypal but doesn’t complete the payment? They then have an account without paying… do those accounts still work even though they never paid?
Also, when a user stops paying a monthly recurring payment, is their account automatically deleted?

The Payment process is related on Levels assigned, not account itself. So, if the payment is not finished or the recurring payment is stops, the user will not have access on his bought Level. The main accesses are based on Levels, not just on subscriptions.
