Hi, I had visual composer included as part of the bundle of another theme. While I was using it, I checked the option to prevent this page from creating further dialogs – that option that pops up when you delete a row – and now I cant delete anything.
How can I undo the block so that I am able to delete? Thank you.

Hello, i have a problem with the “blog post slider” elements, because i can change/remove the ” leave a comment” sentence which linked to the blog page. how can i do that, i want to change it because i denied comments and there is no option in the setting. Thanks.
Hello, you are referring to element which is not in default list of VC elements. This means it can be added to VC by your WP theme author. I would suggest contacting theme author directly to get more information.

hello! I purchaged a wordpress theme “Peera” which had inside the visual composer plugin. Due to some security problems from envato I had to download a free update from code canyon. Now I cannot activate the visual composer? And the site does not work www.baila.gr
Hello, the problem could be because of integration issues between VC and theme. I would suggest asking your theme author to look into integration and if necessary he can contact us so we can work together to help you out.

Hi VC Team, thanks for your outstanding work. I run several multisite instances and theres a feature missing / bug. If you want to use network shared media the images in a vc component can be chosen but if you click save the images are not saved / taken into the preview. Thanks in advance Tim

Hello, soundcloud element is an element available in VC through addon. So you will first need to purchase VC and then purchase 3rd party addon you saw in the video to have soundcloud element.

Thanks for the reply I suppose the question was more “where” do I find the addon? There was no info on the video but it clarly showed a soundcloud element , I think you call them. This was in the back end by the way . Is there a list somewhere that I can track it down as i have googled away to no success

Hello, I just updated my Firefox browser to the latest version 41.0.2 and it seems that the images when using this plugin overflow the specified dimensions. The images overflow into the sidebar. Is this something that will get fixed with an updated release of the plugin?

Hello, right now there is no such option to control it out of the box so you will need to look into option extending it via VC API – described at kb.wpbakery.com – but please take into account that it will require coding skills.

We are using VC included with Qaro Theme license. There seems to be a conflict with WP Fastest Cache that makes the VC Post Grid not appear until the cache is cleared. Is there a cache plugin that plays nice with your plugin? Thanks.

Hello Again … I have contacted the theme author for my problem as you told me. But they say that the problem is due to the way new visual composer handle “default value”. Can you please fix it ? Or can you contact Theme author in order to explain theme how they should use the new VC composer ? [please if you don’t remember my problem can you search my pseudo and re read 1st post]
Hello, yes, we did changed how default values being accepted in VC in order reduce number of params and not to make a shortcode mess. We also asked everyone who extended VC to make sure they follow the new standards of default params. On our side we are not able to change custom things added to VC by theme author so they should adjust their VC customization. Hello, with new tabs there is option to centre them, but for making full width tab titles you will need to add custom CSS. Actually this is a good point for improvement of tabs.

Hey there I have just updated my Visual Composer plugin to the latest version and now ALL my images posted in the Single Image element has changed to thumbnail size. It used to be full (actual size of the image).
How can I change them back? I can’t go to every image posted on my store and change them individually. Any ideas?

i have a problem with the visual composer. The plugin is too slow look what happens on one of the pages which try to pull a certain pages.

The problem could be related to image size within your grid, but I would first check if you have latest version of VC and if not, update it. If it is still slow check you server settings and maybe try to increase memory size a bit. We are also currently working on optimization of VC to make it faster.

The images are five with 120 kb… They are not so big… But I will cut there size… I have made a ticket to the host company to see if they have issue with the memory size. I will write again to get you a response. Thank for now!
It is not the images now i have decrease there size with 40%... Not a improvement. The host company tell that we use 256 mb memory size which is not bad at all… What can we do to work around this…
My Theme supplier thinks there is some conflict with VC and default CSS. Somewhere in: a:hover{ background-color:#F7F7F7; color:#000; }
