No – as of now clicking on image open the image in pop up. It does not redirect to other page
Hi, we have an issue with the crop setting.
1. If we set crop to 0 we have pretty ugly gaps in the columns. When two images (in two column layout) besides each other have different height and the second one is smaller, then the next images is put in the second column directly below the smaller one, but the next two images then begin in a new row and on the left side appears an ugly gap.
2. If we set crop to 1 then the images of the items are sometimes displayed, and sometimes not. With crop set to 0 ALL images are displayed, but in crappy layout.
Please could you tell us the reason for this crop issue?

I did not understand what you mean by grid menu website. GridFx can be used to show gallery of posts, audio etc. What is top bar but ?

Hi, really like your no nonsense and fast plugin. But… when I disable image placeholder in Misc. the post is not shown at all even though there’s a title and content. Is that a “feature” or how can I just show a grid item without an image but just the text? Looking forward to your response. Jens

Hi, absolutely loving this plugin it’s so versatile! However I do have a bit of an issue.
I am wanting to display pages in the grid not posts so I used:
posttypes=”page” pageids=”5160, 5005, 5313, 5150, 5152, 5090, 4992, 5108, 4995, 5156, 5001”
in the shortcode which worked fine and displayed the pages featured images in the grid. However it also displays ALL pages in wordpress!!!
I cannot find anything that lets me EXCLUDE page ids. I tried ‘exclude_pageids’ but this does not work or even exist. So my question is… how do i exclude page ids from a grid?

I have an immediate issue with this. I can style my grid the way I want it but there is no option to filter pages by ID anywhere. However, if I use the shortcode like this [gridfx postids=”1,2,3”] then it works, but all my styling has gone, how do I add all the other options i selected in the plugin settings via the shortcode? Do you have a list? I love this plugin and wish i could use it on more projects but this page filtering issue prevents me from doing so.
Hello, you can create empty GridFx list and add your page id’s in the shortcode [gridfx id=3 pageids=”1,2,3”]. Then you will have your pages and style. Please note that you have to remove default post from list.
yes I tried using grid ID and postids togetehr but it does not work I used [gridfx id=2 postids=”1,2,3,etc”]
if I use the grid ID. It does not filter. If I don’t use the ID it does filter but as I said, all styling and layout options are gone.
Not sure what you mean when you say remove default post?
UPDATE: postids=”1,2,3” does not work when using the grid ID in the shortcode. pageids=”1,2,3” does not work when using the grid ID in the shortcode either. pageids=”1,2,3” does not work with or without grid ID in the shortcode. postids=”1,2,3” DOES work but only when NOT using grid ID in the shortcode. So I lose any options I set in the plugin settings for style and layout since i cannot use the grid ID.
You can install Add Category to Pages plugin and set category to those pages and add this category to your GridFX grid.
Lightbox Background height- is it possible when clicking an image, lighbox background height is 100% of the page. The problem is, it makes the background height the height of the image, so you still have a view of your webpage in the background too. pls advise soonest.

As of now this is not possible – straight out of the box. Few code changes will be required

Enable media in grid in Media settings. Then just enter the media URL in your post. Hope it helps

I saw the demo, is this possible to limit the search items under only in a specific category? forexample i wanted to limit the seach box result items only under pants category woocommerce, categories under t-shirt are excluded in the search

Got it – this feature is not available – straight out of the box. Post’s featured image gets display in grid. But if you are using any frontend publishing feature like the one Userpro provides, user can create a post & upload featured image from front. Which admin can approve later. Otherwise only admin can upload images.
Hey have one Problem and a Question.
First point, is the Grid on Top, our Main Slider. What we have to do, that allow us select 12 Posts with navigation but only 6 visible. At the Moment when we set 12 it display all.

Checked your site and found that you have used grid fx in slider. To have pagination like you said that slider should support the feature. But if you are using grid fx shortcode in a page or post, it will support pagination.
About the load time issue – have you tried putting only grid fx shortcode in page ? Does it also take time to load ? It will be nice if you can send a note via http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact with details as it is difficult to track the issue to closure here.
