Hi – just thought I can display categories ( title and thumbnail) with this plugin 
Support seems to be very poor, opened a ticket 4 days ago a now reply at all even after daily update requests. Having paid for this plugin and deployed it there seem to be a number of shortcomings, as there is now way to test the plugin prior to purchase I would expect support to be on hand should we need to tweak it for our use(s).
It’s a shame as this is a nice plugin and we could potentially use it on more sites that we develop but the lack of support has let this down, looks like we will have to go somewhere else

Pre-purchase question – Can I simply apply the Masonry grid layout to images of my choice BUT add an external URL to each image that would appear in the grid? I essentially just want a viewer to be able to click each image which will take them to an external site but function with the Masonry Grid look. Is this possible with your plugin?

I’m having an issue with Grid FX on my mobile site. I have a testing environment setup. When tapping on an image to open it in mobile, the image doesn’t appear to really come off the page…it seems on the same level as the background fading. I’m trying to use the light-compact to create a grid gallery opened with fancy box. For some reason it just hovers and shows the overlay but won’t open the image.

This may be because of conflict. Can you please try following -
1. Deactivate current theme and other plugins. 2. Check that the issue is gone now. 3. Activate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the conflicting item.

Bought this product and was impressed in the beginning. But … ! after implementing the plugin, setting in up, discovered several problems, reported them to the developer, but did not get a response. It´s essential for me to release this, but the support is quite disappointing. Will change rating when the reported problems are solved.

Regarding User Drop down, I could not agree more with KMC15 and Jaysin. While I realize the drop down might not be a parameter, can you at least post a quick code hack?

Why would you add a new “feature” like the user dropdown without a method to turn it off or on? I built a site with your plugin and now I don’t want to update it because of the ugly user dropdown you are forcing on me. Quite disappointed by this.
It’s been a while since I upgraded this plugin and unfortunately Envanto doesn’t allow downloading older versions of plugins that I can see. Is there a way I could get the version of the plugin before the user dropdown was added so I can at least get the security updates?
It is not possible to get older version unless you have backup. But I have that in plans where we will have setting to choose to have users dropdown.
How can I suppress the display of the USER dropdown form the top of grid? I only want to see the category drop down menu.
There is no way to disable the user dropdown.
OK now I made it disappear.
My theme allows for extra CSS code, and I added:
/* hide the all users dropdown */ div.gridfx-sort:nth-child(2){ display:none !important; }
It will not work in older versions of some browsers.
Dear AUTHOR TEAM: PLEASE add the option to turn off the user dropdown. The dropdown does not make sense at all if there are only items from one user in the grid and it clutters up the screen. Thank you.

Default single view is very slow to load images (few seconds to load each image) Lightbox is fast (<1sec) but doesn’t support navigation
