I am in love with what I can do with this plugin. Once I read the instructions I had exactly what I wanted in minutes.

way to complicated. The save button and close button don't work. These people should pay me to use this dumb plugin.

I have a love/hate relationship with this plugin. I have used it on 3 websites now. Simple things are not always obvious in the setup. But it does do many things and provides for many different looks so some complexity is required. For the price it's well worth it.

My latest gripe is with the extended support I bought for a problem that ended up not being the plugins fault. Yet after contacting the customer support the tech over in India somewhere disappeared for a week or so after responding to my question with "give me access to your WP admin." Like, wrong, I would never give admin rights to anyone let alone someone in India! Experience tells me that!

So now I just finished combing through the documentation looking for the solution for why my gallery header text dropped to the bottom after so long being centered. I believe it happened after the latest update. Can't seem to find an option for that and I may need to know CSS to fix it which I don't.

Another abnormally is that if you click on the GridFx dashboard tab, you can no longer access the settings tab. One must click out of GridFx and reselect the GridFX tab. Coding oversight but not that big of deal. Still should be fixed though.

Finally got to build a GridFx for Youtube videos and that is slicker than snot! Love that grid feature!

Anyway, if the tech support is outsourced to India, don't bother with extended support option unless you want to deal with mind numbing stupid techs you can't trust. I don't even bother asking any questions and just chalk it up to donating a few more bucks to a more than deserving author! The plugin is great. Just don't think it's going to be plugin play. You'll need to play with the settings and engage your mind. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love the professional look it will give your website.
