Hi, I got Visual Composer through buying “the Retailer” theme, but shortly after buying it I was told to update. I’m having issues with the site, but I apparently can’t get support until all of my plugins are updated. Do I get free updates? Do I need to verify somewhere?

Can someone please tell me how I to set a destination link for every image? I use Masonry Media Grid. When visitors click on a image they all will go to the same site. How to set individual links for every image? Thank you!

When adding multiple instances of a custom shortcode mapped in via My Shortcodes, they all look the same on the edit page. One needs to click to edit to tell one from the other. It would be nice on the My shortcodes page, when editing the mapping if there were checkboxes for each field where you could select one or more to appear as a “preview” of the shortcode’s settings in the visual editor.

Basically so the visual editor can display some details like other content elements such as Title where it displays:

Title Title: Your title here Style: Boxed With Icon

...for shortcodes I’d like to see if I checkmarked Field1 and & Field2:

custom_shortcode Field1Heading: value Field2Heading: value

Also it would be nice if there was a heading field for the shortcode itself so you could have a more user friendly display of the shortcode like:

Custom Shortcode Heading Field1Heading: value Field2Heading: value

So, just some ideas I had.

Hi, I use this plugin with the theme ‘Shopkeeper’. It is working really well. Unfortunately some settings to make a ‘tab’ page doesn’t work anymore. I can’t make some tabs anymore. In 4.5 it was still possible. Will this come back?

I want to give my appreciation and respect to the VC team! You have gone above and beyond delivering the finest tool ever made for wordpress. In fact I cannot imagine using wordpress without VC…

One small request i have thats been bugging me for years though,,, the social buttons.

Although they break on SSL websites, i dont ever actually use them. But however VC has some CSS that i have to override no matter which social sharing plugin i use. In fact, even if i just embed the simple twitter/tweet button directly from twitter embed code, i still have this CSS problem..

please remove this line of CSS:

hi, As I turn the page shift effect in the tabs and accordions ? Every time I open a tab or an accordion , the page scrolls down low, and I do not like . Is there any way to disable these effects? Pls i need solution

I mentioned this a month ago that nested content isn’t saved in VC templates. It doesn’t matter what theme you’re using or which VC addon plugin you are using or the type of content nested. This issue occurs even when you copy and paste the code example directly from the wpbakery wiki for making a nested shortcode. I’ve got the latest version of VC, wordpress and even templatera. I already submitted a support ticket a month ago about this and I’m surprised that a pointless flashy new interface took priority over this highly important fix.

Just bought VC and VC One Page Builder to create a couple of different looking pages in my Nano theme WP website and it just ruined my theme! So I had to deactivate it and I don’t know how to use it alongside my theme… Argh… Nothing is ever simple! 52$ for 2 plugins I can’t use

I’m trying to submit a support request but there’s no way to create a new account on the support page. It only gives me the option to sign-in. I have no account on WPBakery and do see a way to create one.

I simply want to know how you handle installations on localhost - I want to work locally before I upload it to the live server.
