Hi! Latest versions of the plugin allow you to change the transition mode from ‘horizontal’ to ‘vertical’ in the settings page, but this will affect all sliders, and it will work only with one slide at a time. But you can already use it on a widget area. This could and might be improved on future versions of the plugin.

Hi! Seems you have the logos set to have 100px width in the settings, so the thumbnails get created with that size. But since you’re using the ‘responsive columns’ layout, the images get stretched to fit the available space, in order to occupy the full width of the space available on the 5 columns. Since the images are stretched, they become pixelated. Some solutions:

1) You could set a bigger size (like 215px) in the settings for the logos, so the thumbnails created are bigger. You would need to re-upload the images, so the new thumb sizes get created.

2) If you want to have the images at 100px you could have more columns, you can try the 10 columns layout for example.

3) You could add some custom css, so the images don’t get streched. and keep the 5 columns. Try adding this to the custom css field in the settings:

 .lshowcase-box-5 img {max-width:100px;}

100px is the size the current thumbnails have.

4) Or you can change the layout to the normal grid. It will also be responsive, but won’t resize the images, keeping the original size.

Try any of the solutions and check which one works better for your needs. Hope it helps! Greetings, Carlos

It didn’t work. I added !important to see if it would help but it didn’t.

Seems the copy/paste you did also copied the “pre” tags. Make sure it only contains the CSS code. Seems this is the issue.

When i put mouse over i get the tooltip info box. All good. It is grey with an arrow in the midde,

However, if i scroll to the left and then put mouse over the red image. The one that is a circle with a tick mark in it. The tooltip loads differently.

It is happening on IE not firefox

If you’re using the widget, extra options will be in the settings page. In the shortcode generator you can customize the carousel options directly there. If the carousel does not work on your page, there could be a javascript conflict. If you share the link to the page where you have the logos I can also check if there’s anything wrong.
