Hi guys, just noticed a potential bug in VC. The title tag for Single Images has gone a bit weird. It should be title=”Name of image”, however what I’m getting is title” ” – so there’s an extra speech mark being added on the end.
Hi, just checked on our side and could not locate the problem. Maybe you can open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com and share more details and some example where we could see problem.

Hello, Media Grid is an element of Visual Composer available through Add Element window. Please make sure you are using latest version of VC and it should be there. If there is no such element, please open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com and share your site credentials so our support team can look into this.

hello i am using Visual Composer 4.6.2 bundled with a theme and i have the same problem as user “harraiano” . One of the developer debug the issue and seen that Visual composer makes hook over the product tabs and erasing data inside them. so when i enter a product and save it, i loose the data inside the tabs.
this happened after wordpress 4.3 update.
Already contacted to theme developer but i believe they should see with you guys. if any parameter to exclude visual composer from individual product pages? thanks

hello i can see that i have 2 different problems. first issue described above it is there even i deactivate visual composer. but you can check still. second issue is still mixing the content of the tabs and partially displays sometimes all disappears when visual composer active. to be clear, i can provide screen shots. i think similar issue happened with previous security update of wordpress.

I got VC bundled with the Stockholm Theme, and I love it.
One thing:
I moved a site from one server to another and used wordpress export/import function it all seems to work good with images, pages, post etc.
In backend I can see custom formating in rows, like background color etc., but in front end the background colors wont show. There is not any “vc_custom_”-classes in the html for my rows and objects.
What to do?
I also get a “VC: Tinymce error! Compatibility problem with other plugins.” error in Firebug Terminal.
When I tired to fix another problem (my media files won’t show for Posts), I added “define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );” in wp-config, wich caused the second problem.

Hi, I would recommend you asking your theme author to take a look at this problem. Or you can consider using our technical support at support.wpbakery.com but take into account that this is for direct customers only so you will need to have valid VC direct license.

Hi there, really enjoying using your plugin. It’s very powerful and I’ve had very few problems with it. Just FYI, I think I’ve come across a small bug:
I created a row within a row (in order to have single column content under two column content on the same background). Inside that secondary row I put the animator element. Inside the animator I put another row with four columns, into which I placed icon elements.
I know that is pretty demanding! And at this point something goes wrong, i get three of the icons and the fourth displays a line of code.
Hi, in default version of VC there is no animator container so it is something added to VC by theme author or 3rd party addon developer. I would recommend asking theme author to take a look at it.

Hi, last WP update has caused troubles to plugin and also theme authors. Our team has almost done with testing compatibility update and plan to release within few days. Also before updating WP please make sure that all plugins are compatible with new WP release.

Hi, if you got VC within a theme there is no option to update directly – in your case there are 2 options: 1) ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you 2) or consider purchasing direct license to unlock direct update option for VC.

For the blog / grid features built in that use shortcodes to render on the frontend, I’ve noticed that the actual blog stories don’t display in the Source Code, so how is google & other bots able to index & crawl the blog posts, content, etc rendered using VC? Thanks! Looking to make sure this is SEO friendly.
Hi, frontend editor is not getting indexed as this is admin part in general. On public part grid is using Ajax and all modern search engines parse ajax without problems.

Just updated VC and WP (4.3) and now all of the VC elements with Text fields are wrapping everything in p tags. Specifically H1-H6’s.
NOT happy about this as 2 sites are now horribly screwed.

Hi! I’ve purchased a theme with VC and I find it a really nice plugin! I just have one doubt: In some sections I have a parallax image or video as the background but these backgrounds don’t appear in smartphones/tablets. The sections appear with a grey background. I’ve watched many tutorials but still don’t know how to get showed de images and videos or al least part of them in mobile devices. Thank you in advance
Hi, thanks for kind words. As for your problem – first make sure this is default options of parallax and video background or maybe they are added by theme author. Default version parallax and video are disabled on mobile – to overcome grey background simply add background image to row within Design Options. If you are referring to options that may have been added to VC by theme author then I would recommend you talk this over with theme author to get more information.

I have downloaded the TGM Activation class from: http://tgmpluginactivation.com/configuration/ and included it in my theme.
My questions:

Hello, as from what I understood it seems the problem is not related to VC as it runs ok on other sites – I would consider to talk this over with hosting company – maybe they have some suggestions and maybe push theme author to look deeper into this.

Hello! I’m using a theme with VC 3.6.13 (your plugin came with Paragon theme). Even outdated it seems working fine. Until now. VC doesn’t shows all elements that i’ve added in my page at Edit page. At top of VC area the message “Wait, loading…” (or something like this) stays there for ever. I know that you don’t support third part developments, and that I need purchase the plugin to update it. Hi, VC 3.6 is really outdated and I would consider making a backup before update. There surely be things that will require rebuilt.

I purchased a theme that already includes the VC and I am having trouble updating the plugin. I tried uploading the zip file they gave me, but it fails. There is no option to click “update now” in woo commerce. Please help!
