HI, I have a problem. The slideshow is too slow when i load my web page.

MasterSlider doesn’t work properly on our website, that is a problem for us as it delays our launch. We have a Version 2.18.2, and we bought it included in the OSHIN template (from Envato). We tried to update it to the newer version but no luck. I am not sure if that is the reason of why the slider is totally not functional at the moment: the preview mode and how it looks on the site absolutely don’t match. We see one layout in preview and other in final result at the website. The text, font, colors, layout, height and width of the slider elements are different that we see in the preview. We really hope it is possible to fix it, otherwise we will be asking for refund as the product is not possible to use. Thank you!

My Registration key for Masterslider does not work. When I tried to register, it says I already use Masterslider on another domain and need to deactivate that before this one works. I am confused. I never used it on another domain. Can you please help correct this? Thank you!

Hi there! Nice plugin, i’ve just take the premium version! After install it on a fresh WP 4.3 site it turns out to have some troubles with the WP_Widget constructor causing errors while in debug mode (I noticed some errors loading new sliders too). I’m sure you guys are already working on it, however for those who need to solve it asap, just do this:

Edit wp-content/plugins/masterslider/includes/classes/class-mps-core-widget.php @ line 33

and it works like a charm!

When installed, Will your pro version overwrite the free version or do i need to uninstall the free version before installing the pro version? Hi, I want to use Master Slider for a Custom Post type which also has custom fields (via ACF). I’m using the ‘Post’ slider type and it’s working well for the Custom Post type however I don’t know how to place the custom field ‘shortcodes’ . Can you advise how that can be done?
