Hi. Great plugin. Have you considered adding “user_nicename” to “Profile Permalink Structure” setting so that we get a sanitized url for the profile? Instead of example.com/profile/John Doe/ the sanitized url would be example.com/profile/john-doe/. This should be an easy implementation since nicename has it’s own column in the wp_users table.
As of now this is not in our list really. But thank you so much for the suggestion, I am adding it in the list 
Thanks for considering my suggestion! In fact it’s a simple addition for public profile: $user = get_user_by(‘slug’, $arg); in api.php, but there is some detective work to make social activity and other profile links to point to user_nicename as well.

Hello, there is an issue, when i create a [userpro_private] section, if visitor has not account, they are not redirect to my registration page, who has 2 customs registrations form to get the role they choose. How can i fix that?

Hi, I’m having a problem with this plugin, when I enable userpro plugin I’m the following error with woocommerce – is it modifying the output somewhere?
“SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”
That’s unfortunate , UserPro does work with woocommerce , there might be some theme conflict , could you please try with default theme I think the theme you are using might be making some conflict . Please let me know . Thanks
Hi, I’ve looked into this some more today and checked the output JSON it mentions using firebug. It’s returning the error below when userpro is enabled. It seems to be because userpro is already using OAuthDataStore. Any way around this?

Hi RNJSupport, I’ve managed to find a solution, its because user pro was declaring the same class name OAuthDataStore aswell as one of my paypal payment gateways, I’ve modified the payment gateway to use a different class name and both now work.

You have to create the particular language po & mo file to translate the plugin. Language support is already added in plugin. If the desired language file is not present, please add in languages folder. Let me know if this is clear to you.

Hi i have problem when update some thing like post or page then it redirect to a blank page with “wp-admin/post.php” url i deactivate all plugin and theme just active userpro but this problem remain my php memory is 1024 i don’t know what should i do ?
Generally this happens because of memory issue. Have you checked that memory assigned is really 1024 at the site level ? Can you send me a screenshot of your php info ? Or confirm it with your hosting provider ?

My question: I am now using the Woocommerce sync. The problem is getting the existing users info into the new tables. Not all tables are stock, but I do not wish to have all my customers (over 500+) retype their info (addresses etc..) into the woocommerce fields that they already did when they joined before the woocommerce activation. Is there a fast way to transfer that data? If so how?

Hmmm – that should work out of the box with the WooCommerce sync button on UserPro—>Woo Commerce tab – which I am guessing you’ve tried already.
Did the user data get synched partially ? Or is it too slow ? Am afraid I didnt quite get that.

I know we can customize the default WP emails sent for usage registration, forgot password etc using USERPRO. But till what level that can be customized? Can we add some header footer, social media etc which would give more option for the branding?
For example use the same color theme as the brand will make more sense.

You can change the content of the mail, text etc. But this level of customization like header, footer changing, social icons etc not possible.

Also, before you do that – can you please confirm you have UserPro Version 2.40 that was released on 5th August 2015 ? Facebook changed their API and so UserPro was updated based on that. If you do and you still have trouble with this, please raise a ticket via http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact It is hard to track comments and troubleshoot / provide support here. Is there a way I can see what front end editing looks like? Is it similar to buzzfeed.com or moviepilot.com?
And also, can front end editing post styles work with my theme’s styles and will they have access to my plugins?
Do you mean frontend publishing ? Yes, on home page you can see the demo. I went through the sites you told but could not found something similar so as to compare.
But last point is not clear if it wil work with theme’s style or access to plugins.

- whether the post will look like your other regular WP posts (in line with your theme)
The answer is yes
- The front-end publisher will not be able to access your plugins – as in, if they are integrated or enabled with your posts , and you want to say, directly embed a plugin shortcode – then no, you won’t be able to do that.
