there will be any more automated options in the close future? Like conditions for when email has not been opened, resend email n times and stop, for example?

Hello, I wonder if in the future your system has automated options. Example: If you do not open the first e-mail I could tell the system to resend the same email up to 3 times, if such e-mail is not opened should delete from the list. Another example: I could send three different links courses in the same e-mail if the person clicking a link from a guitar course he will get into an e-mail group created in the system to receive information guitar only. Thus seguimentaria smarter!

This automation is not available right now. System just checking successfully SMTP connection and submissions. Open tracking system only recording opener informations, there no extra callback function available on this feature.

Yes its can send HTML and TEXT mails. Codecanyon version just contain single organization, thats mean you can only manage 1 organization and user management section in admin area, there no user management for end-users. But you can change subscription form translations with your own words.

no, you can remove unwanted languages in included list.
no i mean….i have subscribers in english and spanish, can i have with only one installation of lethe autoresponders and end user texts in two languages, etc? Ok I got it, its possible to use like double autoresponder for these subscriber groups, but subscribing area requires customization for that.
For example; You can add selectbox into your subscribe forms to gathering subscribers with languages, also it could be used as hidden form field to set language by user’s browser or local informations.
But subscribing area requires modification for group chosing to store subscribers on correct group. You can create 2 autoresponders with 2 language with choosing English & Spanish groups.

For second question; Its requires new system short code to connect your visitor counter data. System short codes, call APIs or current DB data before prepare mail body.

Sorry for delayed on my reply. Did you get any error output in page or JS console? Embed Jquery / UI links could be called two times if you already call them on your page or Lethe’s ajax code could be placed before Jquery library (you will get $ reference error in JS console). Another think, target server may be blocking full or sub-domain calls (CORS, Im already resolve CORS issue but the function may not work on your server, just a guess.)
You can leave a mail about your front-end subscription form page URL if its possible. I can check it for you.

Thank you for interest to Lethe.
1. Yes, responsive mail contents could be used with Lethe. WYSIWYG allow to use css3 and html5 features, also special tags easily can be enabled in editor’s configurations. Lethe will send encoded mail body, but it does not guarantee this will appear correctly for all mailbox clients. Some mailbox clients does not render css3 media tags also html5 attributes.
2. If you have different subscription form for your guests / users. You can easily connect to Lethe via API, or 3th party importing feature available on Import section. I was create common database structures for import, but I can help you for custom database importing function.
3. Amazon SES, Mandrill and SendGrid connections available on Submission Account section. These methods tested on different servers and its works fine.

You can disable JQuery and JQueryUI in generated embed code if you already link these plugins in your front-end page.

I mean on servers put some kind of “client mail class” (with mail or sendmail fundction) and in your script instead of choosing smtp, sendmail etc, give link to the client php files and use them randomly to send mails, like http://server1.com/mail/send.php http://server2.com/mail/send.php http://server3.com/mail/send.phpThis will send mails from campaign from different ips with diffenet limits

Installation page using mb_substr function, but some hosting services disable this extension and you can easily enable from your hosting panel. Blank page issue occurred for this problem. If you cannot edit php extensions, I can send to you alternative function if you want. Please contact me via email.
Another trick for catch error: Default system closed to debug mode, you can enable it manually. [LETHE_ROOT]/lib/lethe.sets.php Find debug mode line and change it 0 to 1
It will show detailed error informations.

I would like now if I have three group A , group B and group C.If all these group has subscriber having email id a1234@gmail.com.Now if I send a newsletter to Group A and subscriber having above email ID decide to unsubscribe for email from Group A.
Will he/she be unsubscribed from group B and group C as well with Group A (as all three group has same email ID) or just Group A and can continue to receive newsletter from for group B and group C.Hello Zen,
Same emails cannot be stored on different groups, I’ve remove this feature on new Lethe version. But hopefully I’ll enable it again, I got too many requests about that.

I opened up a ticket last week, and haven’t heard back yet. Sorry to double up with the comment, I just need to figure out if I should try something else or if this can be easily fixed.
The issue: I’m getting a blank page when I try to access the admin login page. MySQLi is already installed and active on my server, so I need someone to troubleshoot with me. All of the system requirements were good to go. The installer worked fine, but unfortunately, that’s as far as I was able to get.
