I edited my page yesterday. Everything was working.
Today, I woke up and the Visual Composer does not load the page for the new edition.

Hi, there is an “empty” icon in fontawesome which you could use or you can add extra class name to message box and then refer to it in custom css to hide it.

Id like a link in the menu called ‘models’, when the user clicks on this, they go to a page with thumbnail images of all the different models. (im stuck on this)
When they click on it, they go to a page with their most recent posts (videos). (I can do this easily)
Does that make sense? Its really only the models page with thumbnail images that im stuck on!
Hi, not sure I understood you fully – if you will use custom post type you could use Post Grid as it works with custom post types. Nevertheless it won’t work as categories.

I’ve installed the latest update Visual Composer 4.6.1 and now my pages are blank in Firefox, works fine in Chrome and Safari. When I disable all other plugins, it’s still blank so I have narrowed the issue down to Visual Composer 4.6.1. Any resolve for this?!?

Are you guys consider making the official “Visual Composer Slider”? I for one would be a first day customer… think of revolution slider with all the VC elements and building style in a slider… It would be the best slider ever. If this is not in the works, will you please consider…maybe a 2015 Christmas release?

Hi, if you received VC within a theme there is no option to get direct updates. In order to get direct updates you must consider purchasing direct license for VC.

Hi, responsiveness tab must be available in column param window. If this is not there it may be so that your theme author disabled it for some reason – I would recommend contacting theme author to confirm this.

Hello ,
I am facing a problem with the visual composer plugin ,there is an error when i try to use the button -2 feature of it its showing undefined , i have tried to upload the latest version of the plugin but that was also not working .I will update the theme but there is some custom code and if i update the theme it all get messed up can you please help me in that .

Hi, the problem with undefined was because of older version of VC and latest version of WP. In latest version of VC this should not be the problem. Please make sure you are using 4.6.1 Also I would recommend using latest button as button 2.0 is already deprecated. VC looks pretty neat and I am looking into integrating into our site. One question I have before I purchase is, will the latest VC plugin work with theme built using bootstrap 2? If I understand correctly, VC is now based on bootstrap 3. So, I am not sure if there will be any sort of conflict. Thanks.
Hi, in fact you will just have 2 bootstraps. It is not super, but in general it won’t generate any problems.

Hi! Got this plugin with a theme i purchased (works like a charm!) – i’ve got problems with masonry element using IE9: filters are shown as an UL and images aren’t resized but overlap each other. I think i’ve seen this before in the comments – any idea? Thanks!
Hi, in general Microsoft dropped support of IE9 so we do not look much into this any more because otherwise we will be tied and won’t be able to deliver latest possible features.

Hi, if received within a theme there are 2 options to update: 1) ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you 2) or consider purchasing direct license for VC to unlock direct update option

Is there a way (for developers) to disable the “New: VC Welcome page which is shown on plugin activation/update” feature? When a theme is activated VC is installed via TGM, and I don’t want to “confuse” the user with what’s new in VC, I just want to set up their website.
As a plugin, I kind of get it, but when part of a template it gets really confusing. Is there a setting to disable it?

I currently am using VC 4.5 that has come bundled with the KLEO WP Theme. I would like to use different Google Fonts from those currently offered in Custom Title.
For example I would very much like to be able to use Averia Serif.

Its simple, I create table in vc. 4.5 and change a litleof the style. After update the table to 4.6 its looks different because the code of the table has been changed sow is it possible to update all the table what still use the old way of code to the new style?

When I add a row, the width is forcing the website outside the viewport for phones. I’m getting some errors on Google’s PageSpeed Insights. Plus, I’m getting a vertical scroll bar, which I don’t want. How do I fix this. (FYI: This is happening with any theme.)

Hi, Visual Composer works with any properly coded theme – properly coded means coded according to WordPress codex – all good themes are coded according to these standards. In general look into design of theme and then use it as a starting point.
