I have more 2 unspected situations… i hope the last
- When i creat a newsletter to be sent at a specific time. It did not happen. Status remains are in Pending, no matter what I set also.
- The system shortcodes doesn’t work… form example when the subscriver receive the newsletter apear the shortcode {UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK[TEXT]} but the link is not active.

Did you tried with debug mode? There any error output when you try to send test mails? Also you can check correct ports for Gmail. TLS, SSL ports different.

Just two questions, is there a way to use the zoho mail servers to send the mail trough as an external server? I know I can do it trough gmail, I don’t care about the daly limits since I’ll just be sending a few drip email mails each day… but would like to do it trough zoho, where one of my email accounts is.
And second, if, for example, I have an email account in my own server in bluehost, and then I add that account to my gmail, so I can send trough them, I still can send from Lethe app trough the gmail servers? or it will use the bluehost servers?

- Yes it possible to send mails via foreign outgoing server. It same with Gmail. But some hosting services does not allow to use foreign server connections. If Zoho provide api connections, it requires new sending method for Lethe, like Amazon SES, Mandrill or SendGrid.
- Selected submission account will be use for sending actions. If you choose your Gmail server, mails will send via GMail account (Gmail’s daily limits)

Yes, these system short codes requires campaing IDs. Test mails will not parse system codes but you can test it with live campaign.

In the documentation is says: Lethe allow to use multiple organizations and its could be work as a SaaS software. But current system (Lethe Lite) does not allow to use multi-organiation registrations. Its just work single organization.

Hi. I have recently purchased this item. Had a quick look over the bounce rules, and the actions available are not particularly the best for some of the situations listed there (only remove, blacklist or move to unsubscribe).
How can I add a “Take no action” rule or at least remove some of these bounce rules?

Main trigger file is chronos/lethe.php. It should be created like;

Lethe using every minute asterisk for cron, but some hosting services does not allow to use every minute for cronjobs. if you can find out the hosting cronjob current limit, I can modify lethe class for you.
