Hello, this problem has been already fixed in latest versions of Visual Composer. Please make sure to update your VC version up to 4.6.1 which is latest at the moment.

When I use the “Stretch” option for rows, it applies left: -350px. However I am using RTL and it should be right:-350px. How to fix this ?

Hello, we haven’t worked on RTL compatibility yet, but this is in our to-do list to look into this. As for now you will need to perform custom coding or hire developer to look into this.

Hi, you should look into vc.wpbakery.com/addons/ there are different 3rd party addons for Visual Composer and some of them cover social media as well.

In my text box how can I change the text size? I dont see any size? or font? It seems to be only one size and its small. Please help
Hi, make sure you expand WYSIWYG editor controls so they are two rows – there you can change font size. As for fonts – they are defined by theme. If you want to add some custom fonts you should look into Custom Heading element.

Hi, I’m using version 4.4.2 with newsmag theme. Is this version safe from any XSS attack or I should update it? Theme, WordPress and everything else is updated. I’ve read the changelig and didn’t saw any mention about xss fixes, so I think I’m ok, right?

where can I find the images and icons that I can use on my website?
Hi, Images can be find in your WP Media Library or through image elements of VC like Single Image, Image Gallery and so on (they also allows opening Media Library). Through Media Library you can upload images to your site. As for icons – you can use Icon Element of VC where you can choose form several icon library and see specific icons.

Hi, pretty box is some custom element added to VC by theme author so I would recommend asking theme author on how to modify this element.

Hello, Q: what is the difference between “Save Time with Templates” and “Predefined Layouts” ? and how do I find them on WORDPRESS
Hi, Predefined templates are templates which are created by our team and can be added to your WP page, post or custom post type through Visual Composer Template window. Save time with templates means that you can also save your layout as a template and use it on other page if you have two or more similar pages or part of the pages. Both template options can be found at Template window (located near + Add Element) on the top bar of Visual Composer.

Hi, I have a theme (shopkeeper) that includes your plugin for free. However I must constantly update the plugin manually for my sites. I have two questions, firstly if I purchase you plugin again will I be able to install it with no problem with my existing theme? I want to do this because it’s my understanding that your plugin now has auto updates, this would save me time from constantly having to update it manually through the ftp. Also I have multiple sites that use VC would I have to buy a licence each time? or is there a developer licence I can purchase?

Hi, you can purchase license for site and use auto-update feature. Nevertheless I would recommend you to also contact theme author so he can provide you on how properly remove inbuilt VC version so you can use standalone version without loosing extra features that may have been added by theme author. As for number of licenses – you will need 1 license per each site where you want to use VC.

vc_include_field_search() function does not work for custom post types. Please fix it someday.

Sorry, custom post type should be registered with exclude_from_search = false option… This solves the problem.

Hi, please open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com and share your purchase code so we can check it out. Maybe you were using it before on some other site and deleted plugin there without deactivating license under License tab.

Hi, I’ve noticed that on certain occasions, when adding items to the post grid via ‘list of ID’s’ that some of the posts/pages wont display on the grid the front end. However, when I add the same grid to a new page with no existing content, it works.
Have you seen this happen?
