we found there is so many javascript loading on page that is causing memory leak or something like that in device.

Yes, demo page is also crashing the iOS safari browser. Especially the text link / light box demo links. Please introduce repair for this asap

The problem could be the that all thumbnails are loading on start. You can try to disable thumbnails view by disabling the button view all pages for now, until the bug is solved.

We have tried hiding thumbnails before, but no luck, the plugin simply does not load on IOS devices. Buyers be aware!

First I have to say that your plugin is excellent. There is a snag, though : for the past few days, it seems that the flipbook plugin is creating havoc on two websites I have made, but only on iphones and iPads. Otherwise, it works flawlessly. I am also using a specific theme (Enfold, you cna find it on envato) and the curious thing is, I have a third website that is also with Enfold and there everything works perfectly… Do you have any idea about what might be causing that ?

But I know that it can work : I have another website, with the same theme than the others, that functiuns very well (apart from some the flipbook pages that load pretty slowly). I was just wondering if you had any idea of what might causing the issue (maybe WPML ?)

I hate to keep coming back but this plugin is just not getting us to where we want to go with flipbooks.
http://bit.ly/YMA3zWI tried what you had mentioned above about increasing the PDF page-scale and now the image itself is showing up as much smaller even though the text is slightly more clearer.
Also, now the PDF to flipbook will not upload beyond the 2nd page of the PDF document. It just sits there.

You need to increase option pdf->pdf page scale. The default is 1.5, you can try with 2 or higher. Then save settings, delete all pages and generate pages again.

Where are the pictures generated? Can we use this plugin to directly render the pdf without producing images that take extra space?
Pages are saved in uploads/real3dflipbook. You can render the pdf directly, you need to select/upload the pdf file in options pdf -> pdf url. If the book has no pages saved, it will render the pdf directly at runtime.

So I am currently using this with visual composer. The flipbooks display fine when editing pages on either the backend or frontend builder via visual composer. Once I update the page and view it like normal the flipbooks do not display. Is there any way to get help with this? why is this happening?

Hi, texture size affects only “webgl” mode. You can increase the page resolution a bit to get sharper pages. currently you have 1152×890px

2. I put in Title and html but cannot get it to show on or under the images, is there a way to do this?

1. Pages bend in mode “webgl”. If you have html content on pages then mode is switched to “3d” automatically 2. Any html content is supported on pages. You can send me a link and I will check what is the problem, just email me at my profile page 3. Yes you can make it transparent by settign background to rgba(0,0,0,0) for example, or setting a transparent background pattern

I have it set to “full images” but the text inside the flipbook appear hazy and squished together. I have tried this in both “large images” as well as in “normal mode”.
The only way to read the text is to zoom in.
What option lets me make the flipbook readable without having to zoom in….??

Hi, the pages are “squashed” because the pdf has double pages with cover, so one page in pdf contains two magazine pages, side by side, which is currently not supported by the plugin . You need a pdf that is single page. The support for double page pdf files is coming in the next update. The page readability without zooming – I am working on improving that.

For standalone project without wordpress you need the jQuery version http://codecanyon.net/item/real-3d-flipbook-jquery-plugin/4281720 There you have ready to use html templates. Or you can get this wordpress plugin and use it in any theme.Cheers
