Hi, is there any way to have a multi user lock on VC? I initially found a plugin on your site: http://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/editor-locker/ but you don’t seem to sell it any more. I would really appreciate something like that, since I thought that a lock would be standard behavior and I’m having trouble with a client now…

I’m having the same issue as user Andrex_1. I recently moved a development site from my personal domain to my clients domain and VC has stopped working, the content still shows with the shortcodes visible when I highlight the content inside the page editor. But the drag and drop functionality does not appear and the settings don’t work either?

hello, I moved the site from my test server to the client after the transfer but when I try to edit pages will not work Vc Composer.

Hi, in general it should work – we do not support it officially, but it works. Anyway I would think twice as it would be a bit hard to manage content from phone.

Up till now I’ve used themes with their own page builders like Avada and a few others. Can you give me some advice about how to pick a theme for VC & the add ons? Number one of importance is good support. Premium is fine. Many thanks! Btw – is there a theme that comes with vc? I thought I read that somewhere.
Hi, as VC works with any properly coded theme I can not recommend any specific – it depends on design and options you need. As for addons it is almost the same – different addons offers different options – again you should look into what you need and then evaluate.

Cannot expand tab accordion to see content
Hi, please make sure you are using latest version of VC – if not, please do update. Also as accordions are based on jQuery UI it may be that some other plugin makes conflict – try to disable all other plugins and see if accordion works – if yes, activate them one by one to determine which one causes conflict. Hello… I got Visual Composer with my theme.
I’m doing ok with it… I just can’t figure out how to add a video lightbox gallery using Visual Composer. I’ve tried Media Grid but that just connects to images in my Wordpress media gallery.
Could you point me in the direction for a video lightbox gallery? I’d appreciate it so much!!!
Hi, in default version of VC there is no option to insert video in lightbox, but you should look at vc.wpbakery.com/addons/ as there are many 3rd party addons and some of them may offer such feature.

Thank you, I found 2 solutions: GoPortfolio & Cube Portfolio.
I think video needs more support in portfolio themes.. a lot of modern designs/plugins mostly ignore it! there’s definitely a “gap” in the market for decent support here.
It would be awesome if you added support to your shortcodes for a Vimeo/Youtube type Media Grid. Your customisation for grids is great!

Hi, if received within theme there is no option to get direct update for VC as this is for direct customers only. In your case you should either ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you or consider purchasing direct license to unlock direct update option.

This plugin is without doubt the best available! I love using this – so easy to use – however I’m on the lookout for a signup newsletter element to add to my theme.

Hi, thanks for kind words – really glad about it. As for newsletter element – currently there is no such option, but Visual Composer works really well with GravityForms and ContactForm7 so maybe these plugins can help there.

Hello Developer,
VC is a really plugin for wordpress and I have been enjoy using it. Since the last update, I found out some thing is missing. For example, all the woocommerce shortcode icons disappeared. Also, whenever I drag the text box which contains woocommerce codes, the vc crashes. Is it just me or others have experienced the same. My theme is the7. Is it anyway I can roll back to the previous version?thank you

VC is one of the greatest plugins available for WP. Like mas31550 I am missing push and pull for manipulating order of elements in mobile view. Maybe you could consider a pure bootstrap-version of VC with all of bootstraps functionality in the future. It would be cool if VC build its page sourcecode with HTML-elements instead of shortcodes.

In the other themes, comes no a “click” further possibility – I can’t no edit any pages!
If the / your plugin “WPBakery Visual Composer” deactivated, than is everything OK – I can edit any pages!

Hello, I would recommend you configuring antivirus or ask your hosting provider to take a look at it and make necessary configuration. We are sure that there are no vulnerabilities or errors in VC so this is something to address on the antivirus side.

Hello ! I have a big problem. When I want to modify my site with Visual composer, I can’t… This sentence appears in the bottom page : “Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of Visual Composer.”

Hi, it seems you are using some old elements and have outdated version – please make sure you are using latest version of VC. If not, please do update.
