For the sms yes it can be turn off and on if that what is you ask? if you ask the Ringcaptcha if it work in UEA yes?

I like that it can reduce fruad but too be honest it will also cause you to lose customers.
Because customers want to buy now and not later. By having this your bounce rate at Checkout will be at all time high guaranteed.
This is what you can do. Simply not have the phone verification field show/work at checkout unless customers cart exceeds 75$ for example.
Fraudsters are not going to purchase a small ticket item. BUT they most definitely will buy a high ticket costly item.
I would buy this plugin easily if you had that. and i bet you alot of your customers would really appreciated it because its a win-win for both sides.

Hi Ausoth in woocommerce there an input box for phone but it cannot verify if you enter wrong phone even if if you enter 1234567890 it still accepted the purpose of the plugin is to verify the phone and to minimize the fraud at the same time you can collect phone number for re targeting leads using sms as sms has higher chance of opening it. no back your argument that you loose customer if they enter their phone for verification i disagree with you on that matter specially if you are selling goods that need to be delivered to the your customer home phone number is the best way to contact your customer. and for digital goods it has a feature if the goods has been deliver and approve or cancel. so it added more credibility to your site. knowing that they know what is happening to the order. and on the suggestion of the feature which only add phone verification on certain amount i will think about it.

Hi, i dont code much. but im thinking that feature would be a simple unset field if cart total max.
I do disagree about the phone verification being there on low cost items. It is not needed and yes its actually a fact having fields such as phone verification which requires “extra steps” will lose your sales and increase bounce rate. It’s taught in online marketing courses in most colleges.
It’s okay if you dont want to but if you really want i could give you a small peice of code to help you get started via email.

Some comments:
- I got a bug “Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘rc2c_status_cancelled’ not found or invalid function name in /var/www/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 505” whenever I cancel payment from PayPal checkout page.
- I got an error message “Phone Error: ERROR_INVALID_PIN_CODE” when customer leave phone number field empty and press the Checkout button. Is there any way to disable the Checkout button until customer completed verifying their phone number? I also want to change the error message.
- Do you have a private git repository for this plugin so I can make a pull request?
One more:
- Can I customize the verification message?
- Can I hide the RingCaptcha logo?

Ringcaptcha Plugin not working in my web site. www.nexbazaar.com, We are getting sms and retyping the same, it displays thankyou message, But that entered phone capturing for further, not save in orders, Billing details. Orders also passing with out verification. Even Phone number not verified also order passing.

Hello, An interresting plugin, but i think it will be more usefull if the phone verification is made AFTER placing the order, at least people will not spam the verification field without actualy placing an order (people will only test the verification then they leave) Is there a way to add it please ?

Hi @infotau yeah it possible to modify like that but as of now there’s no function like that as of the moment. the purpose of the plugin is that you wont get spam and also you wont get many cancel order if you do its easy for you to follow up why they cancel the order via sms is which is 99% open rate so its act as a marketing strategy at the same time security features

This does not need another SMS gateway you just sign up for ringcaptcha and activate the SMS Notification and your good to go.
