Not worth buying this plugin. Doesn't have any flexibility. I asked them to cancel my license and refund on the same day we purchased this plugin but haven't heard anything back.
There are much better options out there so don't waste your time and money on this.

The plugin is great, I had some configuration issue and the customer support not only helped me but they added a little custom code to make it better. I am enjoying every bit of this plugin :)
I just bought this plugin 2 weeks ago and It's amazing!
This plugin helps me contact customers especially if they are on Cash on Delivery! Also, I can send SMS notifications directly to customers regarding the status of their update. Plus, I could get SMS notifications if someone places an order.
