1. In the demo, the Tickets Ad on did not support PayPal payments, is this the case?
2. In the demo, the PayPal feature did not allow one to purchase multiple quantities. Is this the case? Can they be different purchase amounts e.g. early Bird.
3. Are PayPal parallel or chained payments possible?

I have a few questions prior to purchase:
Just to double/triple check, when you say you no longer support Eventbrite integration, you mean you no longer allow the automatic syncing of events from Eventbrite, but it is still possible to quickly import the details from an Eventbrite event, correct?
i.e., If I’ve understood correctly, once the details are imported they won’t be synced if you make changes to the event listing, and a Buy Now button will lead people from the site to the Eventbrite page for purchase rather than allowing onsite purchase. But I do need to be able to quickly import the event name, date, location, and description, and link to Eventbrite page—is this still possible?
Can you offer some reassurance that this importing of event details from Eventbrite will not be discontinued?
ALSO: Can I change the time display format? e.g., 8:30AM – 6:00PM instead of 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

we still have eventbrite importing in place. but we dont support any issues with it any more. mainly because their API have been spotty and caused us lot of issues. So we never removed it because people wanted it there – those who got it to work.

If not, is there the option to upgrade an add on from 1 site to 2-5, or unlimited by paying the difference or do you have to pay the full price?

Is there a way to assign the organisers email address for an individual event in the RSVP addon rather than it going to site admin, so that all responses for the event go directly to the organiser who posted the event.

I made a recurring event (weekly) and I would like to cancel a few instances (eg. Christmas and new year) of the event but not the whole event.
In short I only want to cancel specific dates on a recurring event.

I don’t think I was clear. I want to create an event submission form where the user (venue) submitting an event to be posted on the calendar fills out details and pays to have their event posted, not the event goer.
I can’t find an example of a featured event on the demo. Can you please show me.

I am unable to register on the support forum at http://support.ashanjay.com/. my Envato username and purchase code have been successfully verified. However, when I go to log in, the username and password are not working. When I try to retrieve the password with the username, the email never arrives. When I try to retrieve the password with my email address, a confirmation email arrives for another account. Very frustrating.

I have Eventon 2.3.1 activated and doesn’t appear the notice to update to last version 2.3.5 in plugins page. Please give me a quick fix for this issue and I have Action user and Fullcal activated also and with same problem. I ‘ve to update all of them manually.
you will need to update manually as I have mentioned several times to others we have cut down on autp update checks because it was crashing our servers
You will need to update them all manually regardless, the automatic update function is not currently functioning for the plugin or addons.

HELP!!! After the recent round of updates, I cannot add or buy tickets and I cannot even see the ‘Tickets’ section in my Event Card settings. My client is now pretty angry so I need to get this issue fixed ASAP please! Have raised 2 x tickets in the forum.

you can more than one facebook page, but google cal you would need to change the calendar ID everytime and sync

I am considering buying this plugins and its addon (EVENT TICKETS & QR CODE), just want to make sure the plugins I buy would fit to my requirement.
1. For EVENT TICKETS, can I define the Ticket IDs for different Ticket type ? For example, VVIP would have id from 0 -100 and VIP would have id from 101 – 200 and so on. 2. For QR CODE, I saw the Title “Only Admin Can Check-in Guests” in you website, means if customer scan the code it using their phone apps it wouldn’t works right ? 3. For QR CODE, if I have both EVENT TICKETS & QR CODE installed, customer will receive QR code in their email after they purchase right ? 4. Will the site admin able to view the QR code of the user in the backend (Woocommerce Order) ? 5. I am planning to work in test site first, so after I activate the licences in test site, can the licences be moved to the live site ? 6. Overall flow will be like this – Customer will buy the ticket from the website, and they will only need to show the qr code to the organiser which will scan their ticket to check in them.This plugins and the two addon work like this right ?

Hello I have purchased event on but now when I check my registration status it won’t activate. I have a registration code but it doesn’t appear to work. When I try to use the registration code to verify and access the support forums I get an error. Is there another way I can speak with someone to provide them with my code and get support. Thank you

We got the core for eventon working but now Lists, single event, and calendar aren’t working at all and trying to reinstall them just throws up the error posted above. We can’t activate these add ons as they dont have any licensing and were tied to the original purchase of the plugin.
looks like you are running old versions we have solved that above error long long time ago. Any ways clear cache and try again if not send us login infor to your site via support forum

So I have it installed in wordpress and have been using it for a few months now. I’m still on ver 2.2.20 so it looks like I have missed updates. Is there a reason why it isn’t show as needing an update? The add-ons also aren’t showing updates.
