Hi, we haven’t experienced such issue. Please try to disable all other plugins and see if VC works properly – if yes – activate them one by one to determine which one causes conflict. Otherwise you will need to open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com and share your site credentials so we can look into this in more details. If you received VC within a theme you will need to ask your theme author to take a look at it.

Hi, I disabled all the other plugins and found that this incompatibility happens with WooCommerce. If we have Visual Composer and WooCommerce both activated, whenever we Edit any Page, we get a back-end error_log file in /wp-admin containing:

I have both plugins updated to their latest versions: Visual Composer 4.5.2 and WooCommerce 2.3.10.
Could you please check on this issue? I believe a lot of users of Visual Composer use it along with WooCommerce, and all of them are certainly getting this error logs files without even knowing it.

Just to clarify: the error log is only created when we try to Edit any Page. No message is shown in WP Admin Panel. The error log file is created silently in /wp-admin folder. Tks!
Hello, When using ‘Media Grid’ to display images on a Page, is there a way to control the behaviour of the images, such as, open in lightbox, no click, open image in new tab?

Been trying to figure out how to achieve it – but i haven’t been successful yet. Perhaps you can enlighten me, I want to use the standard media grid, default, no fancy effects, but i want the images to be displayed on the page, i don’t want them to be clickable at all.

hi guys i buy a VC with theme and i have problem with Grid Elements Editor. I do like this i put an element on grid i can put them on grid and when i close it i cannot edit them again. Is there any know reason for that? Can you be so nice and answere me 
Hi, we actually haven’t received such complain before. I would recommend you talking to your theme author first and see if other users of theme experience same problem. Also make sure you are using latest version of VC available.

Hi Quick Question I purchased VC through another theme (Builder by Orange Idea http://themeforest.net/item/builder-responsive-multipurpose-theme/3596009) The theme does not appear to be supported any longer and I was hoping to update VC as we are starting to have compatibility issues. Is there any way I can get an updated copy of VC or will I need to make a separate purchase. I can provide the purchase code for the theme but it didn’t come with one for VC.
Hi, sorry to hear that about theme support, but current mechanism does not allow providing updates to users who received VC within themes – in such cases theme authors upon their free will provide updates. If you want to have direct update option you will need to consider purchasing direct license for VC.

Is there a way to set a row to be centered on the page?
I have 1 row with some text on top and 4 single images (1/4×1/4×1/4×1/4x) below the text but all the contents are left aligned.
tried custom css on and adding that class to the row with no luck
fp-image-content { margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; }
I must be missing something simple, no?
The rows are working like justify and spreading across all content area. What you can do is centre text and centre images and it will be all in centre.

I have the text and images set on centered, however, they are hugging the left side and the only reason they are not touching the left is due to the padding setting.
There is a license to use in all sites that building?
Hi, currently Envato does not offer multiuse license so you will need 1 license for each site you are using VC.

Is the related posts a element or is this form a compatible plugin. I can’t find it anywhere.

Hi, it was an issue with previous version of Visual Composer – please make sure you are using latest version of VC available. Also it does look that your theme overwrites elements of VC so if update does not help I would recommend also asking your theme author to take a look at it.

As a developer of a template that ships with Visual Composer, is there a way to move the [Visual Composer] admin menu item (with the coloured icon) from the main navigation as a submenu of the [Settings] admin menu item (where it was before, I believe)?
In my book, settings that are not touched on a regular basis should never be a leading menu, kind of bad user experience design.
Hi, as we have a lot of controls in Visual Composer due to templates, grid builder and so on we decided to move it to the 1st level. Also addons for VC (at least from our side) will be added there as well and placing it under Settings did not looked a good solution for us any more.

Grid elements, I understand. The other settings though, no “regular” user should use them when VC is shipped with a theme. As a separate plugin, maybe, but when it’s shipped with VC the theme developer takes care of these settings. Being the only coloured icon in the 1st level on most cases, this pulls way to much unneeded attention.
I would really like to see this changed, but I understand if this will be handled as a future request.
Just to be sure, I understand there is no option to override this via functions.php or in another way?

I am using visual composer to build a website and i am having some issues. The webpage is http://goo.gl/XIk3XE
1) When you click “see” it opens a masonry grid and o chrome tiles are one above the other. If you click any of the filters or resize page masonry grid re-init and work fine.
2) On each tile a custom style is applied (.vc_custom_1419328663991) and i cannot find how to remove it.
3) On chrome also on “see” section, when i click within div a blue border is appeared. This should be :active or :selected css option, but i cannot disable it.
Any help appreciated.

I’, using VC for a while now and just started using PODS for custom post types. However, if i use the Custom Post Grid feature and try to read my Custom Post Type entries, they don’t show up. Is there not any support on this?

I just bought the plugin. Installed just fine but I get an error when activating the plugin “Something went wrong! Please try again later.”

I think, there is a bug with JSON in the actual Version of Visual Composer.
I found, that using Loco Translate produces the following error, when activating js_composer.
Error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON dataAlso… most Ajax function calls are not working anymore.
I tried to enable/disable anything else, but the conflict comes up only when js_composer is activated Maybe you can take a look

I recently bought a theme for Wordpress “Shopkeeper” which already includes the “classic” Visual Composer but in fact this plug-In was constantly asking me to do upgrade to the 4.5 so I bought it and I installed properly but I did not see any difference, I wonder if you can help me solve this problem?

Hi, if you received Visual Composer within a theme there is no option to get direct updates. In order to update there are 2 ways: 1) ask your theme author to update VC on their side and push it to you 2) or consider purchasing direct license if you would like to update directly

Hi,
I have installed the goodnews theme which came supplied with your plugin, however whenever I try to activate wpbakery visual composer I get a white screen of death on both the backend and the front end. There are no other plugins installed. The only way I have found to remove this white screen is to delete the plugin via FTP.
If I add define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); to wp-config I get the following error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /mnt/stor13-wc1-ord1/795951/test.gaystarnews.com/web/content/wp-includes/cache.php on line 629

I tried contacting the developers of Goodnews but they have specified that they will not support this due to the ‘gay’ related nature of the site. gaystarnews.com is just a news site (no rude or sexual orientated content) so I was quite surprised by this.
I wondered if you had any thoughts on how I can get the visual composer to work? I can supply you with ftp / admin logins, but will need to send that to you securely (if you can tell me how).

Hi, the problem you described can be caused by many different problems so there is necessary to make an investigation. WP_MEMORY_LIMIT: Possibly you need to increase memory limit size with memory_limit option for php settings.
