Hello ashan, The eventOn support site seems to be giving a “Cannot Connect to Server” issue. On your rss feed http://codecanyon.net/feeds/users/ashanjay.atom the img links appear to be broken. Subsequently, I am unable to log-in to Support to get help on “Tickets Not Showing up on Single Events”. Not sure if these are all related but I’m running out of ways to reach out to you to report/view these issues. Thank you, -G

thanks ashan, Tickets are not showing up on Single Events for eventOn. When I activate the Paypal button option, the Paypal button does show up but none of the other payment options show when clicking the “Activate Tickets for This Event”. Updated WooCommerce and it did not fix it. thank you ashan
This DID WORK prior to Saturday- 05.30.15. All Woo Commerce payment options still show that they are verified and set-up as payment options. Just wanted to mention this.
go to myeventon > settings > event card> rearrange fields and make sure tickets are selected and save changes

yes you can with ICS add to calendar you can enable on events via eventon settings
Since the recent update – all events in calendar slide open. Popouts and single event actions do not work on the calendar. i really need some help with this

Hey, I have the same issue as some other people here. Since the recent update, the “User Interaction for event click” options doesn’t do anything. I used to link my events in the calendar to actual events on facebook, but now it shows the slide down on all events, and the other choices (external link, popup window) doesn’t override the default slide down event card.

How can I set a max number of events in an event list… the “event count limit” is per month, but what about for total number of events? Thanks!
you can not set max limit for total events in basic event list. However with event list ext. addon you can set limit to total number of events.

- Can you add your own customised fields? - Can you easily export data to a CSV file? - Can you link events with suggested products? For example, if a course has recommended books to al purchase - With the Woocommerce extension does the event and other products get added to the same cart? - Can a discount be given depending how long the event has gone for? For example if its a 2 day event, but people only want to come to the second day, can this discounted price be added?

yes you can do most of those with using addons. ANd discount you can do within woocommerce. And they go to same cart. Here is how to use custom fields http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/setup-use-custom-meta-fields-events/
How can I make each month reload the page to increase pageviews?
you can not do that with our plugin. You can make events lists with showing only one month per each month and show those I suppose

Now, i think many issues are depending what theme you are having installed. Now i have realized that my Enfold theme (wich is great) probably cause some of the problems.
Is there any list or suggestions of what themes known to work?
hi – towards end of each month, with just 1-2 events remaining, eventon normal view has lots of blank space under it. (which is normal).
is there any way to make it display next (n) events regardless of month…so for example now to show the last 2 events in May, plus underneath also show first 3 events in june, so there’s no empty space?
otherwise, toward end of each month, eventon regular calendar gets shorter and shorter since few events toward end of current month are displayed:
example in early may shows:
MAY 2015
event 1
event 2
event 3
event 4
event 5
but in late may:MAY 2015
event 5
(lots of blank space here underneath doesn’t look good)

Hi, I am trying to fix some things on a client’s installation. Seems there is a problem with the CSV import. No matter what csv file I am uploading, only around 75 events got imported. E.g. the importer recognizes 500 events ready to import, but imports only 76 of them. Debugging shows only lines like this, no further hints: Undefined index: event_name in wp-content/plugins/eventon-csv-importer/includes/class-admin-init.php on line 520 Any idea? Thanks!
OK, I got it: If you deal with an csv import of hundreds of events, you have to increase the php_value max_input_vars to something like 10000:
max_input_vars = 10000
depending on how many rows your input file has. This is because the entire import is submitted via a form with hidden input fields, 13 for every event.
The default php value for max_input_vars in newer PHP versions is 1000.

Since the 2.3.4 update the external link choice does not work All clicks on events go to slide down event card.
I have all my events set to external link.
I tried to go to each event and reset the external link but all events just doing the slide down event card.

Hi, this is a great plugin… It came with a theme I bought for one of my clientes, NEWGEN THEME, and I would like to buy it in order to use it in my own website. But it isn’t compatible with the latest version of EventOn calendar.
