Question about partial payments.. On an invoice of say, 1000USD, i made partial payment of 500USD….
But when invoice is resent, it still shows 1000USD to client and does not show payments made.

The first three ideas help a lot and the other improves the usability and intuitiveness of the system, the system is fully functional without these changes, but they elevate the quality of it if you are interested in these suggestions:
1 ) "Banck & Cash"> "New Account" in "Initial Balance" should allow negative or choose from "Deposit" or "Expense".
2 ) The launch of initial values comes with the "Transfer" type, but should be "Deposit" or "Expense", if positive or negative value.
3 ) you could implement permissions for user groups, and only the administrator has access to the "Settings" and "Utilities" menu and their submenus.
4 ) In the submenus, the current page could have a highlight as with the main menu, can be more subtle as a underlined in the active submenu.
5 ) The menu "My Account" could exist only on the top bar, sende unnecessary repetition in the side menu.
6 ) The link "Reports"> "All Transactions" marks the "Transactions" menu as an asset instead of staying in the "Reports" menu
7 ) In "Products & Services"> "Products" and also on "Products & Services"> "Services"
there atop the buttons "Add Product" and "Add Service" could be removed because there are submenus dedicated to them.
the same applies to the buttons "List Products" and "List Services" in the registration page.
8 ) Some screens after registration back to the screen with the list, other, turn to own registration screen, it would be better to choose a pattern,
I suggest back to list or allow the preference setting.
9 ) There is a screen to change the password that requires knowing the old password, it's interesting to other not to modify, but forgetfulness occur will be a problem.
In his own "Edit Profile" screen there is a password field and confirmation without the need to know the previous one, but it is an unnecessary duplication of function.
10 ) What is the difference between "Transactions" > "Balance Sheet" and "Bank & Cash" > "Account Balances"?
The second in the Total field, it is without the currency symbol. Perhaps it is unnecessary to exist this "Account Balances" page.
Those are my suggestions if you decide to apply them I will be even happier.

You script is develop very well, but I have one problem and that is I have to change the posting URL from Authorize.Net™ to eProcessing Network, so can you tell me what folder I can find the file that has this URL for Authorize.Net ( https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll ) I need to replace it with eProcessing’s URL, which is a Emulator and it will allow my gateway to be the processor.

At this moment invoice lists shows based on the invoice creations serial. There is no option to sort invoices by due date.
Ok thanks for the response, any chances of adding it in the future? I think it would be good to have filters for recurring invoices as well so if I want to click hosting I can see recurring hosting or domain renewal can click domain filter tag to see that one.

Please check your SMTP credentials, port etc is correct. If you are using Gmail SMTP & you have 2 step authentication in gmail, you may need create Application password from Gmail. If you still facing problem you may send me ftp info, so that I can check this in your server. Hope this helps.

Hi Sorry not understanding how you mean , me and my college can see that the column DR has the tax inclusive we are after another column that splits the tax from the expense total or the sales total this will allow us to run an income and expanse reports showing the break down of the tax thus helping us to identify our VAT totals
also is there a way to add in the Add Expense and sales a field to add the tax at the current rate as some items we will buy are at either 0 rated or 5% but the main tax will be 20% we will need to be able to choose which one
