for Bugs

After the second update, it showed an error and my page was never online again, a waste of time and money.

for Customer Support

Nowadays, Developers are not responding here and are not providing any updates. I don't want to demotivate the developers, but if they don't value customers, they don't even deserve a one-star rating.

for Feature Availability

Not buy waste of money no updates other projects release major updates its dead project worst project

for Customer Support

Sadly the project is dead, no more update for more than 2 months while the other similar script is heavily developed.

for Code Quality

Sorry to see that I invested in a wrong script that is far away from competition. Also it has so many bugs and poor UI.

for Code Quality

I've rated 5 star before just for support team. But the truth is The script is not that good compared to the competition. They fixed the bugs, but unfortunately the speed of improvement is disappointing and some problems still remain.

for Bugs

Can't customize the new theme. It looks good but can't customize it. Can't disable phone number on register form. The free monthly subscription is not renewed & more bugs in this script. this is a terrible script.

for Bugs

It looks good... but it doesn't work very well. I purchased the extended license. Hopefully, they fix all of the bugs. It could be a good script, but there is just too much to fix for me to use it.

for Bugs

"I have purchased this code and tried every version, starting from the beginning up to 4.1. There are many bugs and errors that were previously fixed in earlier versions, but due to updates, new bugs and errors have emerged, which make me hesitant to use this script."

for Customizability

No Refund policy... when I read it it was too late... Can't customize any of the frontend section apart from removing the pre baked content, which still looks awful hence you can't remove "sections" like "costumer feedback"! Pretty much what you see is what you have to play with apart from SOME text edition and images.

for Feature Availability

Totally dissatisfied! I made the mistake of purchasing this script that clearly said it had a monthly subscription feature. But after the installation I discovered that the monthly subscription function is not implemented in addition to the bugs that are present and that the author just used the name "monthly subscription" without developing the function. I requested a refund because I can't use the script for my users who can't subscribe to a monthly subscription but the support agent was looking for bugs on my server instead of understanding the problem and help me to find a solution. I got fooled by the author of this script and paid for something that doesn't work. I lost my money and I lost my time !

for Customer Support

To me, the code is clean and well-structured. This product will save you about 1300 hours of development time if you are trying to build this yourself from scratch (as a developer).

I saw several responses on here about many bugs (I only had one error), so when I experienced a bug, instead of my typical troubleshooting, I just sent in the bug. If you understand how to deal with an outsourced development team, this is a straightforward process. They were thorough, and communicative throughout the process. It took 7 days to figure out the issue, and it turned out to be my fault. I would recommend this product for its well-structured code and communication within their ticketing system.

I am writing this review after enduring three months of frustration with WriteBot, for which I purchased the Extended License from Codecanyon. To say that my experience has been disappointing would be an understatement.

The first glaring issue is the multitude of bugs that plague the code. One major flaw is the lack of limitations for words in Templates and chat. Users can generate content without any restrictions, leading to unexpected costs. In my case, it cost me around $30 via OpenAI because the user was able to generate content endlessly without any control. This lack of essential limitations is not only a nuisance but also a costly oversight that negatively impacts user experience.

The customer support, unfortunately, adds another layer of frustration to the entire ordeal. The support team seems to lack the necessary experience and understanding to address issues efficiently. I found myself wasting an exorbitant amount of time trying to convey the problems I encountered. Even when they do respond, the communication is painfully slow, and more often than not, they fail to address all the points raised. It's incredibly frustrating when you're left with unresolved issues, and the support team is unresponsive and inadequate.

The chat bot, a fundamental feature of the platform, is another letdown. The flow of messages is disjointed and inconsistent, making it difficult to create a seamless and natural interaction.

In summary, my three months with WriteBot have been nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of buggy code, inexperienced support, and a poorly functioning chat bot make this platform a regrettable purchase. I strongly advise anyone considering this app to steer clear and explore alternative solutions that actually deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – this app is not worth the time or money.
