Pre-purchase question: is your chat user database is integrated with wordpress database? I mean, if I will make subscription based users, who will loose access to chat, they will not enter to chat? They cannot register from chat itself?
To clarify: I want to have landing page with registration to wordpress. User after login is redirected to chat. When I deactivate the user in wordpress, user cannot access the chat any more.

Our plugin does support for BuddyPress group chat. When user will create a group then that will be created in WP Guppy as well. So all the group member can chat in that group
There is no such feature available for the payment.

I don’t want group chats specifically. I want 1 to 1 chats. If I enable “Private Messaging” on Buddypress can I have Guppy replace that when users go to message someone?
I was also concerned with my testing when I sent videos by default they all had a black screen and not show a thumbnail of the video. Can that be fixed?

If it’s able to be customized I’d like it to work with Stripe payments to add paywalls on messages. I have my own developer to do this I want to make sure it’s possible.
You can disable location, documents etc from back-end. But you can’t customized it for because Vue.js components are not part of plugin

Hello. As you can see, i purchased guppy and the SMS add-on as well. Guppy looks very nice and is working good. I like the layout a lot. What i think is, that some IMPORTANT options are missing anyway. So please consider to add the following: 1. Option to let the page admin decide, if the “messenger” (full-page-chat) should appear as full-page-overlay also on PC, Desktop, Tablet, just as it does perfectly on the mobile version. And 2. Option to also let the page admin decide, to show the guppy full-page-overlay/messenger page as home-/startpage with blurred user avatar and -data. This – so my opinion – will make a guppy adjusted chat page (which i am planning to run) more attractive to join – instantly. 3. I am also using “BP Better Messenges”, which shows new/unread chat messenges in the BP user account (as number inside a circle). I will uinstall this plug-in, but would like to have that function also in guppy, because you promise BuddyPress compatibility and this seems to be mandatory.

Hi, I’m been checking this plugin from time to time, last time you said you are considering adding the feature I asked. I purchased the plugin hoping you will work on it. The product is wonderful in any way, the only weakness is not supporting audio / video call . I just saw this product it has both audio and video call but not integrated with our system. We also purchased workreap theme + the application source. The package is great except this one feature. That would be perfect having call inside wp site but if it’s very very hard can you at least integrate jitsi? it doesn’t need any registration or credential. Can you please add this feature to your product? It’s a game changer I assure you it worth it you’ll sell a lot more copies with audio / video call.

This product only support voice note and also send recorded videos. IF that doesn’t work then our team can check that, but please note that live audio and video call feature is not available in the current release. We are not sure if/when we are going to add this

Interested, but I tried wp guppy lite on my namecheap shared hosting. Thats not working. I’m getting error when sending message “oops” . Message doesn’t send and popup appears that says only one word “oops”. In my error log its saying some database not found. So I’m confused to buy this. Want to test it on my server before buying If any help for lite plugin?

PRE-SALES – I am looking at purchasing the messenger plugin, react app and SMS notifications plugin. I use MYLISTING theme which works with a ‘listing’ custom post type – each user has 1 or more listings – they have in built private messages listing to listing. It is not a great PM tool. Can I use Guppy for Listing to Listing messages – ie put the users message button on each listing with a shortcode or php?

We do have options for the post-base chat. So when you will enable then floating window will appear on the post detail page and then any logged in user can chat on the specific post. The author of that post can see all the chat for the specific post.
To embed, chat page you can use WordPress shortcode to any page to show messenger as we have in our demo.
With some modifications, our plugin can be integrated with any theme. Please note customizations will not cover under the support, however, you can hire us to make this fully compatible with your theme
