PLUGIN NEVER WORKED FOR ME, GAVE IT A FEW TRIES, it was always buggy and didn't flow well. I will gladly change my review if an update was to appear and made it work well.

Never worked, don't waste your money. Outdated plugin, customer support redirects you to 3rd party site "create a ticket and give url / access" even for a simple question.

I am a 10 years experience working with wordpress and i had 4 days trying to find a way to configure and enable this plugins, its a complete mess, and i try to contact the support team, and the platform deliver to a webpage that first ask to create a project to then create the ticket, the project creation has a lot of field to fill in order to put the ticket.
i need my money back.
