I am a 10 years experience working with wordpress and i had 4 days trying to find a way to configure and enable this plugins, its a complete mess, and i try to contact the support team, and the platform deliver to a webpage that first ask to create a project to then create the ticket, the project creation has a lot of field to fill in order to put the ticket.
i need my money back.
