I am evaluating WorkDo Dash SaaS for a multi-tenant use case and I have a few technical questions before purchasing:
1. Is the system built as a true multi-tenant architecture from the beginning, or is SaaS functionality added on top of a single-tenant system?
2. Since the system is modular, are all modules following the same tenant-aware database structure (tenant_id / company_id)? Or do some modules handle data differently?
3. Are all core tables (users, tasks, modules data, logs, etc.) properly indexed with tenant_id for performance?
4. How does the system handle large data growth across multiple modules (tasks, activities, logs, etc.)? Is there any archiving or cleanup strategy?
5. Do reports and dashboards run directly on transactional tables, or is there an optimized/reporting structure?
6. Is it possible to isolate or move a single tenant to a separate database if needed in the future?
7. Are caching and queue systems (Redis, background jobs, workers) used for performance optimization?
8. Can you share a sample database schema or structure for a few core modules?
I am specifically looking for a scalable and consistent SaaS architecture across all modules, so your answers are very important.

I have installed the system and paid for the Rota add on, installed it and added to subscription but there is no rota link showing in the admin panel of the user? Its also activated correctly.

best example i can give you is tawk live chat and how you can embed it on your website but operate it from the tawk website
this erp should have such functionalities is what am saying coz nowdays almost every person has his own website where they want to handle the clients from
