Hello, I noticed that every customer must set up the email SMTP setting the emails can be set. Can this be done in the superuser setting? Whereby every customer can use the SMTP setup I did on the super admin page. Maybe a checkbox that says it is used by all. So that I don’t need to do a new email setting at the customer level all the time I have a new client except for the customer who explicitly requests that he wants to use its email SMTP setting.
By default, the system will use the superadmin SMTP details. However, if the customer prefers to use their own SMTP settings, they can configure it within their company’s settings.

Can invoices be sent from the system to individuals who don’t have an account on the system? For example, if I sell a subscription to a customer who then gains access to the system, can that customer use the system to send invoices to their employees personal email adresses? If this is possible, are the invoices sent from the system’s domain email address, and are these invoice emails branded with the system/SaaS name?

The company owner can add their own SMTP for the same and it will be use for sending email. If they have not added then it will be use Superadmin SMTP.

For example on how sometimes livechat widgets show a copyright or brand link in the footer region, powered by “saas name”
