We installed this and the Customer area isn’t at all like in the video, when i hit my wallet button from the Customer Dashboard it redirects me to a 100 euro product in the website that i need to purchase. THE PRODUCT IS ADDED AUTOMATICALLY SOMEHOW AND IT CAN’T BE DELETED. (it’s not our’s!)
I’ve looked in the poor setting area, nothing i can change or do! Please advise ASAP.

Yes, the admin has full control over the wallet system. The admin can manually credit or debit the amount from the customer’s wallet as per the need. While performing these transactions, the admin can also add a transaction note for reference.

if this have a seperate plugin that act as woo comerance payment gateway from another website , then yes we wiil buy , as the other webiste should not have the wallet system , only the gateway plugin to be installed free on the other website , when when selected , it will make payment from wallet website to the marchant website . the marchant will have also an account in the wallet website .

I want to know if this plugin can be used as sole payment option on the site? So users can top-up wallet using any payment gateway available on site but actually pay for products only via wallet funds. So plugin needs to allow payment only by wallet funds but the wallet can be top-up using other payment gateways.

Query – Does this plugin give cashback by percentage of total order amount?
For cashback settings -
1 -The admin can set the cashback type: percentage or fixed. 2- The admin can add the minimum & maximum cart amount for which the cashback will be given to the customer.
Query – Can I set that cashback only confirmed when Order set to completed? No, if you want we can add this feature using customization.
For user wallet transfer/ use
1 – the admin can set the minimum wallet credit amount 2 – the admin can set the maximum wallet credit amount
If you want a feature for the admin to set a percentage amount of wallet then this can be added with the help of customization.
Query – Anytime order cancelled/refund can i revert the amount of cashback given or can i be set automatically?
For order, refund set the refund amount for the orders in which the payment has been done through the wallet. For this admin has to navigate through WooCommerce->Orders
Query – does this have feature that user have maximum this amount of wallet balance in life? No, if you want we can add this feature using customization.
