It seems like you are installing main zip file instead of plugin file. Please follow the following instructions to install the plugin in correct way:
Step 1: Download the zip file from the codecanyon.net
Step 2: Extract the downloaded zip file on your desktop or in any folder.
Step 3: Open the extracted folder “wordpress-any-contact-us.
Step 4: Here you found three folders 1) Documentation 2) License 3) Plugin.
Step 5: Open “Plugin” folder. Now you found the main plugin file “plugin.zip“.
Step 6: Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
Step 7: Mouse over the “Plugins” menu and click on “Add new“.
Step 8: Click on the “Upload Plugin” button and then click on the “Browse” button.
Step 9: Select the “plugin.zip” file and click on the “Upload” button.
Step 10: Now the final step, after uploading complete click on the “Activate Plugin” button.

Hello, I am delighted with the plugin, but I see the empirical lack of making the contact form with the shortcode ([wacu_email_us]), comply with the LOPD, it really does not comply. You cannot add the mandatory checkbox that the customer has to click before sending the message. Here in Europe it is mandatory to accept: I have read and accept the privacy policy. You have this resolved in the popup form, but it is not resolved in the HTML/shortcode form.
I hope an update comes out that includes this feature, otherwise I have to replace it with another plugin

Thank you for your quick response. Here’s the list of icons I’d like to see added: calendar, calculator, settings, link, help desk, information, idea, camera, microphone, QR code, wifi, wallet, coupon, menu, server, FAQ, user, robot, advanced tooltip, cloud, etc.
I would also suggest adding the option to use Font Awesome icon codes or even allowing the upload of custom images like those from Flaticon. This would greatly enhance customization flexibility.
