I plan to use a plugin (like late appointment booking) for bookings, but they only allow pay per appointment. So my idea is to be able to sell the different plans through Paypal and with your plugin give my clients the necessary credit to pay for the appointments of the other plugin. Do you think this can be possible?
In other words, the wallet credits will be used to pay for the appointments and through paypal to purchase the plans. Is it possible to predefine the payment method by product category? Or maybe you can do it another way?
Rather than display available credit to users in money or credits, I would like to be able to report them in terms of available appointments although this is not essential.
And one last question, is there a way for the credits to have an expiration date? Let’s say a month to be able to use them or they get lost. Or if that’s not possible, maybe being able to delete all credits for all users at the end of each month.

The wallet acts as a regular payment method that you can load using other payment methods, cashback, or admins adding funds directly to it. I don’t think it is suitable for this use case and you will need to hire a developer to customize it.

If I cancel an order, payed for with wallet funds, will these funds be automatically refunded to customers wallet? Changes status from Processing to Canceled. (I need this to not be the case, as we not always refund 100%, and shop manager has to inspect how much is the refund)

Changing the order status to canceled will not refund the funds to the user wallet automatically. (The funds will be returned to the user wallet if you change the order status to refunded).
Partial payments are refunded automatically if the order is canceled. If this is an issue, I can add an option to manually disable this behavior after purchase.

Hi, I already bought your plugin and I really like it. I use it to manage customer credit with product returns. But I have a doubt: If my customer has a balance of $20 and uses it to partially pay for an order and if by chance the customer gives up and wants to cancel the order before paying the $20 balance he had, it should be returned to him, because he ended up not using it. From what I’ve seen this doesn’t happen, if the customer doesn’t pay and cancels the order he loses the credit he would use. That’s right???

As I told you, my customers create order and use their account credit, but if they give up paying then the credit is lost, it should return to the customer’s account when he cancels an order (don’t pay and cancel). But it doesn’t, so I have to look at all orders one by one and see the orders that customers used credits for and then manually re-add them into the customer’s account.

I want to know if this plugin can be used as sole payment option on the site? So users can top-up wallet using any payment gateway available on site but actually pay for products only via wallet funds. So plugin needs to allow payment only by wallet funds but the wallet can be top-up using other payment gateways.

Currently, the plugin has the option to disable all the other payment methods if there are enough funds in the wallet, but once the wallet funds are less than the cart total other payments methods will show again.
I will add the option to only allow wallet top-up using other payment gateways and upload an update soon.

Yes, I saw it in demo but it seems in demo you are not allowed to actually change and save settings as I get permission error so I am not able to actually test the process.
