Hi, we have installed the plugin and are using the Sagepay Direct integration method. All works fine for most orders, but when the order value is over £1000, the customer is unable to checkout, as Sagepay returns an error “3021:The Basket format is invalid”. We have spoken to Sagepay and they have advised that the formatting for these transactions is invalid and have provided the following sample output being sent to them: <BasketXML><products no_of_products=”2”><product><product_code><[CDATA[Shipping]]></product_code><product_quantity>1</product_quantity><product_price>3.50</product_price></product></products></BasketXML>
We think that there could be something with the code at Line 255 of class-sage-payment-direct-helper.php which messes things up. Kindly resolve ASAP, as we are essentially unable to accept orders over £1000.
Just to clarify, the actual output being sent is the HTML codes ( & lt ; , & gt ; etc.) rather than the actual < or > brackets.

Hi there I installed this, hoping for a better solution than the official Woocommerce one which no longer stores the unique Sagepay transaction-id in to the Woocommerce order.
However, I can’t get a successful payment, seeing the following error every attempt:
Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR.

I can now get payments through successfully after setting 3D-Secure to V1. However, on the order-received page, a Woocommerce error notice appears with:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to do that. Something went wrong”.
This also appears in the order notes. The payment is successful – I am using Sagepay Direct method.

Hi We bought your plugin and trying to use it. But its not working.
The order remains in pending payment state and the customer is still redirected to Order Placed page.
In the back-end in order notes we either see https://prnt.sc/pz47io Or and empty note https://prnt.sc/pz48q5This happens for the MOTO orders too.
Please fix, the payment is the basic thing we excpect from this plugin.
