Hi, unfortunately it seems like the plugin is not GDPR compliant as it necessarily integrates Google reCaptcha…. Can the reCaptcha integration be removed to become gdpr compliant?

（１）This cheat produced 5826 unexpected characters of output when enabled. If your site displays a “headers already sent” message, issues with content feeds, or other issues, try disabling or removing the cheat.
（２）reCAPTCHA shows site owner please note the following error: Invalid site key.
（３）Customer asks a question but doesn’t appear in the list and doesn’t appear in the background question list.

Very worst system only for email service. Same email template for new question and also for new comment. Why??? Question / answer not visible in email… I am currently not using it. Can you please issue refund???

Can you please confirm that have you bought the plugin already?
According to CodeCanyon refund policy, refund is only possible when there is a bug in plugin which has not been solved. If there is any bug and is not been resolved than we will be happy to refund you. CodeCanyon will not allow refund on the desired functionalities and mistaken purchase.

I wanted to buy the plugin, but seems like nothing was really added to the plugin functionality wise since it was first released… and it was not updated since 6 months as well! What can you say about this?
Since there is no bug and no more features demand so we haven’t update plugin. Our current plugin is working fine with latest versions of wordpress and woocommerce.
How can I set a “dedicate FAQs page” I can not see the option after installing the plugin. Besides that, how i can link a question to all the products of my store without selecting one by one ?
Dedicated FAQ page is automatically created in your website pages, you can find that page there, there is separate section in our module in which you can add these FAQs.
When you create question you can see product or categories on right side, you can select all product or all categories if you want to show same question with all products.
