Hi, I just purchased this, installed it, activated it, and now every page in my admin panel shows “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” and the urls have “admin.php?page=WooZone” at the end. Not off to a good start and our company is now locked out of access to our site when it’s very critical today.

I was able to delete the plugin through the file manager of my webhost, so at least I could get in again. The plugin hasn’t repeated the error when I re-installed.

I have now:

1. Created a completely new website.

2. Created a new Amazon Affiliate account

and the import is STILL now working.

The Ticket raised is now a week old – and there is ZERO progress. I have lost all my indexing of 1000 products.

When can we get results on this plugin?

Sounds like there is something going on on your server. The plugin it’s working for us and other clients so there should not be any reason why it would not work.

My ISP is doing host services for the past 40 years – one of the oldest ISPs in te world – and one of the Largest Hosts. I am a webmaster and run 35 other websites on the same account – with ZERO problems.

What more do you want me to do? Do you recommend I must change Hosts?

Will you tell all the other people with issues they should also swap Hosts?

Why don’t you rather put this job out on UpWork and get a Freelancer to fix the bugs in the plugin?

In my opinion, this plugin needs a halt in development until a stable version is released. There are tons of major bugs reported that need immediate attention.

Caching issues… Syncing issues… etc.

It would be nice to have a stable version. Adding new features is quite meaningless if the WooZone core is broken.

For example: On my site, I cannot use anything higher than 9.3.3 due to a different set of problems that each version afterwards has created. And caching not working is a total deal breaker.

Also, I’d appreciate not having to spend 24hrs to test each WZ release because deep down I fear it has broken a major component of my site.

Note: We all love the capabilities of this plugin, however, you need to start making stable releases!!!

JustinMurray – It all started with the major 3.X release by WooCommerce. My VPS spiked off the charts, CPU through the roof. The only way I could “fix” it was to roll back WooCommerce to the Version 2.6.1.4.

Definitely something went wacko, I don’t think most people here know it because they’re not as familiar with monitoring their hosting resources as I am…

The latest version have severe issues with load times with the latest woocommerce. My under 1 second load time is now almost 3 seconds and unacceptable for my goals. Hi I´ve just purchased your plugin and I´s like to know how to make the plugin insert my affiliate link into the product´s URL placeholder from the extern/affiliate product select into the the product back-end´s page instead of this type of url: http://example-domain.net/?redirectAmzASIN=B01F7DRB10

After you will click on that link, the redirect link will have your affiliate ID in it.

No it doesn´t. The affiliate link appears on the BUY IT Button, but not in the image because it doesn´t show in the input of Product URL on the external/affiliate product panel of woocommerce. It shows the URL I copied before..

Indeed when clickin on the image returns like a 404 page..

How can i make it show the right Link??

Please fix the Caching Problem

What the heck is going on with this plugin and incompatibility with caching plugins!!?? And how long is it going to take to get an actual solution. And no, using the “init” option with wpsupercache isn’t an appropriate solution. Using that option also removes the full SSL security verification so the site appears to not be fully secure.

I spent 4 hours today troubleshooting until I realized that the entire problem is Woozone. I even tried contacting dreamhosts support team and they told me that Woozone is giving them errors that make it impossible to check plugins without disabling it.

Need some real solution to this caching problem, and need it yesterday!

Would be nice if you actually acknowledged this widespread problem and did something about it. The fact that this comment hasn’t been replied to in 10 days and that the caching issue has lasted for over a month is utterly ridiculous. Fix the damn plugin. It doesn’t work with ANY caching plugins and its crippling our site.

@coloradojw Did you do a speed test before and after you got WP Super Cache “working”. It really isn’t working. Absolutely no change in speed.

OK, I was able to get WP Super Cache working with the “init” option. Any idea whether you’re going to get “WP Fastest Cache” working with the latest versions?

Some Cache plugins can not work with WZone due to the way they function.

I really feel that the issue reported with a Ticket is not getting sufficient attention.

You fix bugs which are reported AFTER this bug and you carry on supporting other issues and bugs from other users.

I will bring this now to the attention of Envato.

Why does it say in WooZone, Redirected to Amazon 335 times but in Amazon when I go to the report for the tracking link, it only says 36 clicks?

You could have some bots that are generating false readings. It’s common.

@coloradojw None of the cache plugins are working for anyone. Unfortunately, most users don’t realize it. Support is in denial. They won’t admit there is a conflict. I have had a ticket going for a month.

The plugin works with WP Super Cache (you just have to activate the late init option in the advanced settings) and with w3 total cache.

Tried that already as support previously suggested but makes absolutely no difference. If you try w3 total cache with woozone, it really messes up the site and actually slows down the speed considerably. Too many conflicts between cache plugins and woozone.

NO AMAZON COMMENTS – Hi guys, fantastic plugin – still getting the formatting done. But a huge problem I am having is with the amazon comments for a product not populating into the page http://xstreamgamer.com/product/star-wars-battlefront/ . I have gone through your setting several times and just cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. When I import the item from amazon I am including everything they have in the download, I only changed cart options from default.

Downloaded Version 9.0.4.6 and installed. Still can’t get WP Fastest Cache to work, works with Woo deactivated but stops working when activated. Anybody else?

WP Super Cache doesn’t work either. Used to use Comet Cache, but now that doesn’t work in Woozone 9.0.4.6

We received notice this morning that there are updates to download but the versions appear to be older than previous versions. What’s up?

That is weird, what is the version number that you can see? Have you tried to download the “All files and documentation” pack?

I downloaded all files and documentation. Woozone shows 9.0.4.4 in the download and I already have 9.0.4.5 Kingdom shows 3.2.3 which is the version I have had for a few weeks.

Hello, It shouldn’t be any problem, please send an email on aa.teamdeveloper@gmail.com with some wordpress credentials. Also, please make sure you installed the plugin correctly. From what I can tell, the files were messed up upon transfer. Please try and delete and reinstall.
