The plugin does not work in any of its parts (some tabs in its settings do not even open), it is not up to date, the support is very slow to respond (when to respond) and does not give useful explanations (except: "Look at the plugin page on envato). This plugin should no longer be on sale. Obviously I have requested a refund to which I have never received any kind of response.

If you were not able to download the plugin from the Envato/CodeCanyon platform you should contact Envato to help you.
How can you know that the plugin doesn't work if you haven't got the change to install it yet?
Before trying to install the plugin please make sure you unzipped the archive downloaded from Codecanyon, and only install the plugin archive that’s located in the Plugin folder.

This app was bought to import products from Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and evanto. However, am only able to import products through eBay and most of the time the images do not import images and you have bunch of broken links. Don't waste your money on this plugin.

aliexpress NEVER WORKED ON!! do not buy this product if you will use for aliexpress.
Doesn't work as expected, opens the wrong amazon site on click, doesnt see all ebay products. and fails to import pictures on products. What a mess, Clearly a reason it's not on the wordpress plug in site.

I could not find any tickets on our support system from your username. Open a ticket so we can see what seems to be the issue on your website, most likely it's just a config issue. The reason this plugin is not on the WordPress plugins page is that this is not a free plugin :)
