Hi we have more than 10 staffs, can we add 10 whatsapp number in the system to reply to clients?
You can add 10 WA numbers in your Facebook Application and have them all managed through our module, yes.
Can I recieve calls, use catalog and receive messages from my phones whatsapp business at the same times as I use the whatsapp cloud api chat module?
Every business WA number is supposed to be exclusively tied with the Facebook application and be used by it.
Does it mean that whatapp business will not work on the same number?
WA Business numbers used in a Facebook applications cannot used in another application at the same time – This is a Meta’s limitation, not one of our module.
Ok what about quick replies, how can I set quick relies on the module?
There’s no such function advertised.

Our module doesnt limit you in terms of SaaS – If your SaaS module allows modules to be activated/enabled under tenants, it will work for just fine.

WhatsApp API supports chat via Groups?
We have many clients with multiple team members from their side and they want us to create the group and chat with them, is this possible?
If the WA number is added on a group chat, that will be reflected on our Perfex’s Chat Client, like very other conversation does.
If a WhatsApp comes in from a Client or Lead and there is an assigned Agent, is the agent notified of the WhatsApp? e.g. sent a notification if online or an email
Notifications for new messages are captured through Meta’s Webhooks and are instantly delivered inside the dashboard of WhatsApp client.
Okay, does that trigger the notifications in PERFEX when a message arrives?
Webhooks of the Facebook app, triggers a new and instant notification inside WhatsApp client of Perfex CRM’s admin area. New messages arrive there.
It would be great to add ChatDPT-4 API to apply agents to provide pre-service, with the option to deactivate AI.

You dont have to pay. Messages are entitled to WhatsApp Cloud API usage limits of Meta.

Is it possible to convert a chat into client?
Yes – Messages are automatically converted to Leads and you can convert Leads to Clients through the native function of Perfex CRM.
the webhook is there but the WhatsApp token is blank, where do we get this from or do we create our own.

How about notifications? Can it work with your another WhatsApp module Cloud API notifications? How they work together, can they use same API?
Notifications are supposed to be sent to your business number connected device. In our case, they are instantly received within CRM, through Webhooks of the Faecbook application.
This is a chat client module.
Our other Cloud API module’s purpose is different – it is supposed to serve instant notifications sent to clients upon specific triggered events.
Is it possible to verify one app with permissions on Facebook?
You dont need verification of the app, in order to use our module.

Our module brings a WhatsApp client integrated into Perfex CRM’s admin area, to communicate with everyone who sends or receives a message at your Business phone number.
As a chat client, its not supposed to include any marketing functions like mass messages. At least not at the moment and its current version.
