I havent tried on Tablet though. Prestashop version: 1.7.7.5 Please help me!

I’ve been e-mailing you since then to bonpresta@gmail.com and in despite of doing that several times you haven’t replied yet.

I installed it correctly and the logo appeared straight away. When I tried your module on your demo version it worked perfectly. I clicked on your whatssapp logo through my mobile and it led me straight to my whatssapp to text you. When I do it on my web it leads me straight to this web: whatsapp.com

Can you fix it? If you don’t answer (it’s been a week already) we’d like to get a refund please.

I’ve just purchased and installed your module: aa8a046c-92e1-4bef-8d2a-8dd2b5dea902 – 12 Mar 2020 REGULAR LICENSE

The thing is: When you click on the whatssapp logo of the front office in your demo version, it goes straight to my whatssapp so I can text you, which is the purpose of the module, but when I do it through my mobile on my web it doesn’t work, it goes straight to a whatsapp page but not to my whatssapp. Can you check what’s wrong for me please?
