I bought the whatapp plugin for prestasho the configuration is elementary, but while from Desktop it works, from the smartphone (I tried different ones) no. That is, it does not open the application already installed on the phone but links to the whatapp app download page. Could you please help me? Thank you

Hi installed, I put my phone (as mine is Whatsapp Business, is based on my office phone number, not mobile). Always says error, number not linked. I try also with my personal mobile phone where I have whatsapp, and send me to whatsapp website

In the module settings, you can enter the mobile phone number. It sends to the site when on the desktop application, if you go to the demo site from the mobile you will immediately redirect to the application for communication.

I did, on my mobile. If I put +39 as the Italian prefix, goes to Whatsapp and says “number not existing”; if I put without +39, send me directly to Whatsapp webpage, no automatical. Please note as I asked you, I use Whatsapp business that is based on a office fixed phone number, not a mobile. Tnks

Hello! We just installed Whatsapp Module, but it doesn’t work correctly. - Desktop Version: it works good and it connects perfectly to Whatsapp Web
- Mobile Version doesnt work, when i click on the icon, it just tries to redirect me to web.whatsapp.com, and then it redirects me again to whatsapp.com (it just doesnt open whatsapp application on mobile)
I havent tried on Tablet though. Prestashop version: 1.7.2.4
