Hi,
This is important and we need to clarify, the download function works without any problem, our webpage demo already provides an example and it works fine.
You also said it yourself in the email conversation that you have found the problem and the problem is in the .htaccess configuration on your site, so it is not a problem with our code by default, then, regarding the user agent, there is no problem with the user agent on this app and it can be configured via the admin panel.
We are very sure that the user agent you configured is still wrong, then there is still another solution by redirecting the url using the chrome custom tabs function or external browser. We are very disappointed with the review you gave, we hope you are wiser.
