Hi! Yes – customers can enter both their phone number and email when making a reservation, as well as the number of guests.
The plugin also includes protection against duplicate bookings, so you won’t get overlapping reservations.
You can choose from multiple booking layouts, and you have full control over table customization – you can scale, rotate, and even apply 3D transforms. It’s also possible to change colors, upload custom backgrounds for the canvas and individual tables, adjust opacity, and more.

Hi, I’d like to set up my restaurant’s reservation system. I have 2 tables for 2, 7 tables for 4, 5 tables for 6, and 2 VIP tables for 10. Customers can book and pay a minimum of €10 per person using Stripe during three time slots: 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 8 PM, and 8 PM to 10:30 PM. I also need backend admin access for bookings.
Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.

How do we change the plugin date selector from military time to 12 hour? My wordpress settings are for 12 hour. Not sure why the plugin is in military time.
Great question! That was actually one of the main things we addressed in the latest update.
The plugin now automatically syncs with your WordPress time format settings. If you have 12-hour set in WP, the plugin will reflect that instantly. Just make sure you’ve updated to the newest version.

Absolutely! The short answer is: Yes, it can handle this perfectly.
Even though it’s a ‘visual booking’ system, you can easily set up your museum zones as ‘tables’ or ‘areas’ with a capacity of 20 people each. The plugin will automatically track the remaining spots for each time slot (8-10, 10-12, etc.) and close the booking once it hits the 20-visitor limit.
We just optimized this logic in the new update to make the ‘time laps’ management much smoother. It’s exactly the kind of setup the plugin is built for. Let me know if you want me to show you how to configure these specific limits!

In all your demos there is bug (...) we click on “I’m confirm that i give rights to use my personal data” but everytime message: please check the checkbox

- No tables? Yes! You can disable the visual map and just use it as a standard booking form. - SMS/Email: Both get emails out of the box. For SMS, we usually integrate via a third-party gateway - Schedule: Absolutely. You can set specific opening hours and blackout dates. - Limits: Yes, you can cap the number of bookings per slot. - Elementor: Works like a charm. You can drop our shortcodes into any Elementor page. - Payment: It’s a one-time purchase with lifetime updates (Envato standard). No yearly subs.
Regarding the “Checkbox Bug”: You caught us! That was a pesky validation bug in the old demo. We just pushed a fix for this in the latest update, so it’s now working perfectly.

Why is it not possible to add more than 4 people on a round table? I have round tables that can have 5 people, but the system doesn’t allow to add more. This is horrible.
Also the calendar isn’t formatted correctly and looks horrible.

Table Capacity: The 4-person limit on round tables is gone. You can now set whatever capacity you need for any table shape.
Calendar & Mobile: We’ve completely rebuilt the frontend. The calendar is now clean and fully responsive, and the mobile view is finally sharp and visible.
Support: We’re back to active development and much faster response times.

The plugin does not work, in addition to not being useful in mobile even from desktop it has problems working. reservations are not taken into account and for the same table on similar date and time reservations overlap.
Really sorry to hear you ran into these issues. The ‘overlapping bookings’ bug was a flaw in the old logic, and we’ve completely rebuilt the availability engine to stop that from happening.
In the new update, the system now performs a real-time server check to ensure a table can’t be double-booked for the same slot. We’ve also overhauled the mobile UI, making the tables easy to select even on smaller screens.

From mobile, you cannot see the tables, and this is a big problem for those who have to manage different rooms with different characteristics. Perhaps it was appropriate to solve the problem to include a combobox field or more than one that can be customized so that you can use those to set table number and room.
Spot on! You’re absolutely right – on small screens, a complex floor plan can be a headache to navigate.
We took your advice to heart: in the latest update, we’ve added a ‘List View’ fallback for mobile users. If the visual map is too much, customers can now simply select their room and table number from a clean, mobile-friendly dropdown. It’s much faster and eliminates the visibility issues entirely.
