Hi,
I use the Google Map Widget in Visual Composer. Everything works okay, only while clicking on the position marker the marker title and location gets popped up, but there is no way to ‘pop out’ the marker frame. How can i close this frame? Or is it possible to hide this pop up?

I recently bought and successfully installed this plugin on our WordPress site. However, when adding an element to a page with Visual Composer, the “Visual Composer Responsive Google Maps” option does not appear and I see no workaround for adding this element.
I’m using “WPBakery Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version)” Version 4.12.1, “Visual Composer Responsive Google Maps” Version 1.4 and WordPress 4.6.1 running the Jupiter theme.

I’m wondering if it’s in any way possible to see which marker is which in the VC editor. Now I just see a list of markers all which say “Map Marker” (+ coordinates). It would be nice if you could give each Marker some sort of description or name to be able to identify them in the editor.
Sorry but there is not way right now.
If you add address instead of lat, lng than you can see it but I recommended to use lat lng rather than address for perfect result.
I will think this in next version. Also need to think that this can make confusion for some users also

As per new google rules, you have to provide google map API key.
There is option in plugin to add API key. So please add and check and let me know if it’s still not working.

Hi, I have already used styles from nazzymaps. But you can’t use it from their plugin.
I have added 114 styles for this which is predefined in my plugins.

Hi there, sometimes the map is not loading all the pins. Need to refresh the page few times to actually see all of them. We have 10-20 pins on the map.

yes one reason is sometimes google ignore too many requests together. Solution for this is use latitude, longitude in address field instead of address. It will decrease request as you have already passed lat, lng.

Pre purchase question:
We are currently using the7 theme for most of our wordpress sites. It comes bundled with Ultimate Addons for VC which has a Google map component which is great, but only seems to work for about every other version release causing the maps we’ve implemented on sites to only work about 1/2 the time. The JavaScript error we are getting from Ultimate Addons map component is:
Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error
We are looking for another solution. Do you know if your plugin is compatible with the7 theme?

This error is because of new google policy.
Now every google map require API key. So you should add google map API key to make it working. May be you can find this option in current plugins.
And yes if nothing works then my plugin has option for API key.

I asked this before but no answer! Whats up? I bought the extended license!! Maps don’t work in Visual Composer anymore, i have used the API key but still get a error: Oops! Something went wrong. For a short moment I see the map and then suddenly the error. On the frontpage I used a textblock where I put the shortcode and there it seems to work without API key. What is going wrong here??

Hi, great plugin! We’re using this with 14 locations. I’m trying to setup the Open marker custom call from this page http://plugins.sbthemes.com/responsive-google-maps-vc-addon/location-lists/ and it only works on locations 1-9. For locations 10-14, nothing happens when clicked. What syntax should we use for locations (1, 10) and greater?

You can call below function on click or on hover event.
sbvcgmap_open_marker(1, 4)
Here 1 is map no. For example if you have 2 map in one page then for second map it will be 2.
4 is no of marker. So you can pass here 1 to 14 one by one.

Hi, quick follow-up on this. I think I figured out the issue. It appears that sometimes, the map only loads the first 9 entries. This is why we weren’t able to pull up 10-14 before. The problem has happened several times since and we’ve had to reload the page, or worst, wait some time and then it would work. Is there a solution for this?
One possible reason of this is google not generate latitude, longitude because of too much requests together.
Try to use latitude, longitude instead of address and still not works then let me know.

You can use HTML img tag to insert image icon or you can also use any font if your theme have installed it like font awesome.
In short in content editor you can add any HTML.
