When we purchased the plugin it was the page builder available and at the time it did what we needed it to do. However, I no longer recommend this plugin for several reasons.
1) The plugin is slow not only to use on the Front and back-end, but also when viewing pages - especially pages that use the blog post features. Even in a fast hosting environment on both VPS and Managed Cloud hosting it can be slow
2) The shortcode mess the plugin leaves behind locks you in - if you ever want to move onto another page builder, or just want to stop using it - switching over can be a nightmare. We spent months converting a 1000+ page site
3) It conflicts with other plugins and themes - usually because plugin updates don't always keep up with third party releases.
We closely manage all our updates, and test before updating anything. Many major WooCommerce updates often were delayed to due to conflicts related to this plugin.
The plugin conflicts we experienced were on dev sites not production sites. But many end-users don't understand this and often times run into issues.
4) the plugin doesn't always keep up with other third party plugin releases - like WooCommerce. While I understand that WP Bakery/Visual Composer can't keep up with every plugin, it does sell it's compatibility with WooCommerce and the plugin should at least keep with that.
For the reasons mentioned above, I no longer recommend this plugin.
